★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast service & efficient indeed. Very polite & Kind and helpful pharmacists he would go off his comfort zone to keep on explaining different meds like the generic over the prescribed drugs. They really care about their patients and ill sure be a regular. Kudos for this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist Tarik goes above & beyond & knows really how to manage a great client / patient relationship. He is very kind, helpful, and above all treats you in a good way with a smile. He also makes sure you as a patient understand what you need to do with the medicine. Hands down, the best pharmacy i have dealt with in Spruce Grove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt the best pharmacy we have ever experienced. The owner Tarek absolutely goes above and beyond and always takes the best care of his clients.
As with any business at times mistakes are made. Tarek never argues, denies or points a finger, he apologizes for the error and does whatever is necessary to correct it although in my experience it has never once been his error. Without fail, he supports his employees and without fail he takes care of his clients.
Fantastic business owner, his ability to balance a business/employees and his clients is remarkable.
Please understand, Tarek has never once filled a prescription for me but the care he treats my wife with is absolutely the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have better advocated for your client who questioned her prescription for a migraine- went to walk-in clinic on Saturday May 8 with a severe migraine was prescribed all the wrong medication. I spoke up to the pharmacist who said she spoke to the doctor about advocating my concerns on the medication prescribed.. still left with all the wrong medications (5 in total including an opioid ... to treat a migraine). Would have appreciated being better advocated for when I was in a vulnerable situation in severe pain.... As I am reading more reviews, I see that Tarek is the owner of this pharmacy... Dr. Tarek Gamra? He's the one who prescribed me the wrong medications....

I love the fact that I can sit and wait for my prescriptions and they never take more than 5-10mins compared to other pharmacies I’ve been to where I’m told it would be an hour and it’s usually the next day. The pharmacist here is amazing he always explains anything we need to know about new medications especially for our 2 month old and is always willing to answer any questions we might have. I highly recommend this place. It is also super convenient that my Dr works out of the same building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sure the pandemic is getting to everyone as I’ve been to this place before and had a better experience than today. I was having issues with my insurance card and the pharmacist made it out like I was blaming him and/or his staff which was highly unfair. I was nothing but nice and was just trying to figure out what was going on. I never once put blame on anyone there. With that being said, the lady working there was so nice and sweet. I wish I could give her 5 stars. Also, they do get your prescriptions done a lot quicker there than anywhere else I’ve been. Hopefully will have a better experience if I choose to go there again.
