Very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly staff. I have always received great service at this pharmacy, in person or by phone.

This location is amazing, every time the service is on the spot. There is no delays and you can count on team that working there. The pharmacist always comes to you and explain everything you should know before you are taking the medication. If I need to compare between pharmacies places, I would definitely recommended for “Dale”

Excellent service and customer care when I went to get my prescription filled. The pharmacist on duty was incredibly knowledgeable about my particular health issue and recommended probiotics afterwards as well as trying more preventive methods in the future to avoid repeat problems. The staff are very efficient, my prescription was filled so fast. They've also got some very good deals on vitamins and regular moisturizers from time to time. Very pleased with the friendly faces of Dale's and the wonderful staff at the Walk-In-Clinic :-)

I use the service of this Pharmacy when I visit Matlis Medical Centre. The pharmacy is located in the same unit as the Medical Centre, which is very convenient. 9 out of 10 times the pharmacy has the medication prescribed. Processing time is very reasonable. Unfortunately, prices are a little higher than in Shoppers Drug mart that's why I give only 4 stars.

Stopped by there earlier today to pick up my prescriptions. Not sure if there has been a changed in heir management but they randomly charged me $2 per each of the prescription items I was picking up which had been always waived in the past. Their so called manager (Patel) was also too busy eating lunch directly behind the counter without wearing a face mask during the current covid emergency lockdown measures and in direct conflict with the Ontario college of pharmacists' guidelines!

They had a regular flu shot available to give me when many other pharmacies didn't! They seem genuinely caring, not like the customer service you get at some of the "chain pharmacies." During Covid-19 and beyond, shop local. I'm recommending Dale's Pharmacy and will give them more of my business.

Picked up prescription here ONLY because it’s right beside the walk in. I know exactly what my insurance covers and how much I’ll be paying. The older Asian women tried to over charge me 3 times, 3 freaking times. At the end, she very unwillingly changed the amount I pay. Pitiful

Today I had a bad experience at Dale's Pharmacy and Clinic. I've had a fairly severe neck injury for 3 years now, 2 of them I've gone to Dale's. I had an phone appointment with my Doctor, and for some reason the office forgot to send the prescription and it was Friday. I was just looking to get help until Tuesday when my Doctor was in. The staff at Dale's I find 99% of them to be amazing, I've loved going there, but after this I don't believe I can anymore. This injury to my neck causes very bad headaches at the back of head, and pain going down my arm with numbness, very painful when using it. Any stress or activity cause more pain and headache. Because of this, 1/4 prescriptions I get is a narcotic. I had the clinic Doctor Verify my Injury, I had high BP And HR because of the pain I was in but NO from him, it's policy. Not long ago I had a nauseous 24hr sickness, which if you can imagine does not help a severe neck injury, so I'm in a ridiculous amount of pain. Anyway so asked the Pharmacy if they could do anything to help, and it was flat out NO. I've come there a fairly long time now, and I understand it is a policy. I don't blame the staff one bit, but the position it puts me in, I cosider to be Cruel and Unusual punishment. In 3 years my Doctors Office never made a mistake, but it happens. Dale's Pharmacy had the power to help, but decided to treat me as a non trusted citizen. 2/2 This had a significant effect on my condition. I had a feeling since turning my neck to quickly has a long recovery. Don't let my two stars stop the everyday person. Everyone else just don't expect any favors, no matter the situation. Really the staff here are excellent, take pride in their job, and are amazingly quick. I either ran into someone on a bad day.. Or this really is a health policy. I would just encourage healthcare practitioners to question whether this policy has any benefits at all, considering the amount of patient information available. Most importanty, stopping medication suddenly is at worst dangerous, and at best obviously not good for people's health
