β β β β β I purchased a product from them and after learning about it's side effects I came back to the store (literally 30 minutes later) and asked to return it. The product was still sealed, never opened, and completely brand new, but they still wouldn't take it back from me.
I paid 55 dollars for this product and as a student this is a lot of money, and I have no use for it, but these people don't care.
Absolutely terrible!
Unlike World Pharmacy, there are far better pharmacy stores In the area that actually care about costumer service.
do not go here unless you want to get scammed!

β β β β β Been going there for years - it's a great pharmacy around the neighborhood! Great prices great service, very accommodating and prompt with calls and requests. Free parking, easy access. I've never seen big line up here like some other pharmacies. The ladies working there are quick and professional and knowledgeable.

β β β β β Not professional and not responsible about the their job . my son had Covid test and after 55 hours I did cancel his flight because I didnβt have the result of the Covid test , after 55 hours I did call all my friends to find someone to have the ownerβs phone number to send her message and get the result And finally she called and told us the result over the phone itβs so unprofessional they donβt have even email registration to send the result by email , they give you code and if the code not working and the pharmacy close you can not find anybody to get the answer , donβt go there for Covid travel test

β β β β β I would give 0 star if i could .The worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy, rude and liar staff,their unresponsibility and false information she gave us ,made a lot of mental problems for my children and also made me to pay 1500 $ for flight ticket penalty. I strongly recommend to beware of this pharmacy.It was my mistake that I didn't read the reviews before I refer to this pharmacy. WAIT FOR KARMA

β β β β β My mom who is elderly just had an awful experience with this store. the pharmacy refused to give her proper information and she has to go back and forth several times for days. Eventually she went to a Shoppers store and got her prescription with no problem. the only reason she kept going back there was because this pharmacy is by her house and she has difficulty travel within the city.
this pharmacy is lacking professionalism and customer service specially with elderly.

β β β β β Very rude and unprofessional. They took money from my insurance before I pick my medicine. My insurance company said this is illegal. I called them to ask to cancel it and tell them to not to do so next time to avoid any unwanted problem for their business, and guess what? She attacked me aggressively without letting me to finish my word. She claimed they MUST take money form your insurance when they call you . NO YOU SHOULD NOT!!! and when I told her that I am telling you to not to do so for your own good, she yelled at me and hanged up!
What a professional customer service!
I would call OCP to complain about your unprofessional service, if I had time.
