★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just disappointing to go in and not have any selection of toys. Than on a super windy day watch as employees pass by carts moving outside and even one that was knocked over at the front door and they don't pick it up. ? I'm sure stocking things have been an issue with covid but seeing how little warmth is put into greeting customers and finding anyone to help is getting frustrating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Toys"R"Us this week and was disappointed in the service. Went to the baby area to look at strollers. I found one that I liked and wanted, but couldn't find anyone to help me with it. I went to the front and asked, they said someone would be there right away to help. After waiting another 10 minutes a gentleman finally showed up to help. I asked for the stroller and he briskly said they were out of stock and I wasn't the only person wanting it. After asking him more questions (he wasn't very helpful in trying to make a sale), i finally had enough. This gentleman was rude, brisk and didn't care about helping a customer. I needed other baby items, but decided to take my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of this store went above and beyond to help me replace a faulty breast pump. She explained how to contact the manufacturer and coordinated an in store exchange. Wonderful service! Baby and Mom both so grateful :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is a little late, but had a great experience shopping at Toys R Us for a stroller/car seat. The associate "Mark" that assisted my mom and myself in finding a travel set that would work for us was very helpful. He showed us a few options and when we decided on one we wanted that was not in store at the time, he checked to see where he could source it from. We were able to purchase it same day and have it shipped directly to my house. This was great, because at the time I was quite pregnant and would not have easily been able to lift it in and out of my vehicle if we were to purchase it that day. Now that I've had my baby and she has had a chance to use the set, I'm really glad this is the one we chose! Thank you for making that shopping experience great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a bike for our daughter online and had it assembled in store before pickup. A good quality job was done assembling the bike and they had it all ready to go in good time for pick up. Nice work guys we appreciate it!(PS. My daughter loves her new bike)
