★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appt 8am this morning, came in with 3 winters and 1 spare on. Not only did they have it done in an hour, they also put my 3 winters in bags and neatly packed away my spare & it’s tools back in the compartment it belongs. Totally expected to go home and have to do it myself. 10/10 thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought brand new tires in Moose Jaw(not at kal tire thank goodness) before a competition in Regina and was instructed to get them retorked at a tire shop while in Regina. Went to this Kal TIRE!!! Emphasis on tire!! You would think a place like this would know how to do something as basic…the young woman did it but could not put my caps on properly and to boot broke a sensor valve and causing my tire to go flat! Also to mention she just let me go like nothing was wrong. Glad no one got hurt. I would not recommend a place that can’t even do this basic maintenance.. 1 star as they were friendly and willing to do the job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy with the service the professionalism the knowledge and of course the amazing roadside hazards warranty to your tires when purchased at kaltire, I got a flat picked up from the road on a friday and it demolished my almost new winter tire, I called and it was fixed by monday, at a very minimal charge. plus you get free rotations and so much more, I am always happy with every visit I have to come to kaltire albert street and the amazement just keeps expanding with every visit. I will never look further to find a tire guy. Thanks everyone at Kaltire your hard workers and beyond awesome, its greatly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my car off well before my scheduled appointment, came back three hours later to pick it up after I was left on a half hour hold... Found my car hadn’t yet moved, and all the lines in the phone were blinking (on hold) while the front desk girl scrolled distractedly. Will not be back, Graham’s had me in an out in a half hour with a 6 car lineup ahead of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T GO HERE. They tried to "scam" me and my wife into $2000.00 worth of work before doing a wheel alignment?
Don't let anyone talk you into a bunch of unnecessary work. A wheel alignment is possible in 'almost' any condition.
In the end they called me back, reminded me of how uneducated they think they're customers are. I gladly informed him I had ran into two other people sharing my story at a funeral and we'd taken the tires off and inspected everything. I tried to tell him, as he raised his voice over mine, of how I did the wheel alignment in a parking lot in minus 32 with my 8 year old son in the vehicle. He wouldn't be declared unjust because "he was a man of God"???
If you believe in prayer, here is someone who needs your help. I did mine and I certainly hope you do as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed new tires foe 2005 beetle. Purchased Nitto tires they had the ones we wanted. Staff confirmed full details of install and warrenty. We're very nice to deal with and identified some possible other suspension item we might want to check.
Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called in advance to schedule an appointment for a tire repair. We were told that we could bring the tire in and it would be done the same day. We brought the tire in at 10am and we’re told we would receive a call when it was ready. We hadn’t heard anything by 2:15 and they closed at 5pm. We called back and the attendant said the tire could not be repaired, she would try to find a replacement and call back. After not hearing from them by 3, we called again, and were told by another attendant that they would call back. By 4pm we went to the store and weretold they could not do the replacement for 2 days. Huge inconvenience and super frustrating as they over promised and under delivered.
