Good sized parking lot, which only makes sense, and it's well situated on North Albert. Nothing to really set it apart from other parts stores, but it accomplishes what it sets out to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was excellent. Parts are good and not over priced. Can't believe people whine about being on hold for 5 or so minutes. If you're in that big of a rush go down to the store. They have excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the Albert St. store are useless. They know next to nothing about vehicles let alone parts even when specifically told which parts. Cannot communicate properly over the phone and I would advise saving the hassle and going to the east location where their staff is actually knowledgeable. Too many times now I've tried to deal with the Albert location and have been severely let down by either the customer service representative not knowing anything or even being able to look a part up or I have been given the wrong part. Avoid and save time to get your vehicle on the road quicker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been having to come here on occasion they have the part and no one else does, or because they have the better price. For that reason I come here. Many times I've had to deal with people who didn't even know how to work the computer never mind the parts I'm looking for. I come here out of obligation, I dislike the quality of experienced help they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly and found me the parts I needed. They showed me their selection and differences between name brand OEM and jobber prices. When I started working on my truck, I realized I didn't need to replace my rear brake pads. I took them back with zero issues.
For the first time, I "rented" a tool from their store. I just wanted to use a torque wrench on my wheel nuts. He said they usually charge $144 for a day to borrow the tool. I said I just wanted to use it in the parking lot to quickly tighten my wheel nuts. He just left me leave my wallet with him so we avoided writing up a rental agreement and dealing with paying and refunding.
I was really pleased with the whole experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called here three times put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. I came in here it’s not busy and there is three people working and not one has answered a call just put them on hold and that’s it. The other two are just standing behind the counter not even answering the calls on hold.
