Why are your prices so much lower than the companies in my area?

Saskbattery is a wholesale company, we sell a lot of batteries, and deal direct with the manufactures this lowers our costs and yours.

Are your batteries as good or better than what I can buy from the box stores or bike stores?

Our batteries are fresh stock as we move alot of inventory, who knows how long a battery has sat on a shelf at a store. We have a saying "don't buy old bananas and don't buy old batteries", both are no good. Most moto batteries that our competition sells are just the push top batteries, ours are factory activated and come with valve regulation the others makers don't have the valve and their batteries could dry out. Our batteries are a step above.

How do I know the battery I am getting is a good one and I won't get a dud?

Every battery we sell is tested right before shipping. DOA is impossible.

What if I ordered the wrong battery can I return it and if so what is your return policy?

We are happy to take any unused product back within 45 days from purchase date. Battery can be returned prepaid to 1444-A Lorne St, Regina SK, S4R2K4. We will refund less the orginal shipping cost.

What taxes are charged with our purchase GST only or HST?

Though we are located in Saskatchewan we have to charge HST in all provinces that HST is applicable. I am not a fan of the HST but the CRA's rules are if a product is shipped into a province where HST is HST is to be charged as GST would have been. Long story short by law we have to charge GST where only GST is and HST where HST is applicable. (SK customers pay GST and SK PST)

You offer free shipping over $60 but how do you ship, how long will it take and is it traceable?

We ship via expedited postal service. Shipping varies by area, Saskatchewan 2 day, Alberta 2 to 4 days, Manitoba 2 to 4 days, Ontario 3 to 5 days, Quebec 3 to 6 days, Maritimes 4 to 8 days and Yukon 3 to 7 days (business days). Tracking numbers are sent via paypal email so you can follow your order. UPS and Purolator shipping is available email us with any requests. *Some areas in Yukon, NWT and remote locations Canada wide are not available for shipment. This is due to the high weight of batteries,to more remote northern areas. Contact us prior to ordering if you are in these areas.
