★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a battery two years ago and the first winter it completely died. I tried to take it back on warranty but was told the battery was good. The next winter it died again and again, I took it back to have it replaced but was told it was good. This year it died and I took it to Jamie to have it tested. He tested it and confirmed that there was a dead cell in it. He sent me off to Canadian Tire East and told me to have them call him to confirm that there was a dead cell in the battery and to have it replaced. They did and it has finally been replaced. I was so pleased that Jamie took the time with me and helped me to finally get a replacement battery. Should I have any other issues, Jamie will be the first one I talk too. Highly recommended!! Thanks Jamie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Partsource in East Regina!!! They have a young staff that are soooo polite and funny that it's just awesome to shop there! They stand behind behind their products and a month ago somehow a car battery was put in the wrong spot, it was a great price obviously and I really wanted it, they called the manager (a young lady) and she said if that's the price we have on it sell it to him for that price!! I was blown away! All my parts will come from there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought tire covers. It says it will fit upto 29" but it did not even for 17". When went back to return after 15 days the associate old me that it is final sale and if I want to return come on business day, Monday to Friday 10 -6 pm. Because only the store manager can return this item. I had my receipt. I just tried one cover , I had original box and all new covers , no damage no nothing. I come from the other side of the city. Still I had to leave and then on my half day I had to go to see the manager. Make sure you have enough day off if you want to buy enough thing from here. I went to buy it, I went to attempt a return and I went again to return it . And I gave up on any world partsource.

Called about a battery was told they carry it and had one in stock.. my mom went to get it and Jacob was rude saying they don't carry it and flicked the battery with the screw driver..seemed to be put out about having to serve a customer..if this is the way you treat customers especially seniors..shame on you!! Won't go back or recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boyfriend and i were on our way home when the belt in his car blew. The staff at Part Source were amazing! Very efficient, kind and helpful with what we needed. They may have closed at 5pm but were nice enough to stay open a little past so we could get home! Thank you so much. If i could give more stars i definitely would. Highly recommend going here!

Stay away from PartSource stores.
Went to them with an old light bulb and a picture of the replacement package of what I needed. I needed H11 light bulbs and the clerk told me H11B would work. Went home tried to install, not even close to fitting.
Went back to the store for refund and they told me light bulbs where final sale, no refund. Would not take any responsibility for selling me the wrong bulbs. Now I am out $55.48 and still have to buy the right bulbs.
Good way to move products that are not selling, tell customers that it will work for them even when they know it will not and refuse to give refund when they try to return. Do not take any suggestions for replacement parts from these scam artists. Better still stay away from this store, there are better places to shop at.
Went to Napa Auto Parts on McDonald Street, very knowledgeable staff, found what I needed and they where $8.00 a bulb cheaper.
Will never go back to a PartSource store again and would discourage every body else to stay away.
