★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, I'll start with my order being a week late. Honestly, didn't bother me, they were summer rims I ordered in the winter. No rush right. Now comes the fun part. I was told by the lady at the counter to wait to program the sensors as it could confuse the car having the summer set and winter set in my garage. (This is false and was rectified by their mechanic, but only after my issues). So, fast forward, it's spring 2022. I put the rims on, drive to the shop to have the sensors programmed now, which I did indeed pay for. I was told this is a 5 min process. An hour later, after they had to take a rim off the car ro test the sensors I'm told I'm good to go. I need to drive for 20 mins and they should connect. I drive for 45 mins, they don't work. I go back the next day, they make attempt after attempt at programming these sensors (everytime making me go for a 20 min drive). I had even driven home to retrieve a winter tire for them to check the frequency of that sensor. So, now I'm 4hrs into trying to get these sensors programmed. I'm told I have to wait while they do a driveshaft on another truck, like I have nothing better to do. That was the last straw, I was very patient prior and understanding. However, my time is important to me. 4hrs+ already wasted, probably 60$+ in fuel. Moral of the story, don't go to this place when for 50$ canadian tire can figure it out within minutes, very sad honestly. So, out 110$+, 4hrs+ of my time for a "specialty" shop to do it.
