★ ★ ★ ★ ★ * The online booking on their website is awesome. It allows me to book whenever, without having to sneak away from work to use the phone. And Jason responds quickly via email to confirm my appointment and address any other issues my car was having. Once I dropped off my car, the staff was friendly and informative. Any work on my car was done within a timely manner. Overall a very great experience with Fountain Tire (specifically the Vic East location) and I would highly recommend it.
* The work was done quickly and efficiently, and any other issues my car had was addressed. They explained any possible issues my car had, and had recommendations on how to fix it. It was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I come to this place they have friendly staff and excellent customer service. First time I went as I needed air in my tire and they put it in my tires for free as I had no idea what I was doing. The second time I went for a quote for winter tires and Jason explained everything to me and gave me a close to the accurate quote. The third time I went was to get my winter tires put on. However, I did not have an appointment so they advised me I can drop the car off in the morning and they would change the tires either that same day or the next. I had no problem waiting as I did not have an appointment. By my surprise, they finished it that same day within hours. Since I finish work at 5 pm, I would not be done in time for the shuttle. Jason advised me if I could get off a few minutes early he would make sure I have transportation, and he did. Excellent customer service and friendly staff! Great rewards/discounts. Would recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience i just move to Saskatchewan from British Columbia for my work. i always go to Volkswagen ageny for my car service and before i come here i went to Volkswagen ageny in British Columbia they say your car inspection report is good nothing to worry you can go regina by car and i just had brand new toyo brand tires about 20 days ago when i bougth tire they fixed my tires and did all the things allignments or balancing because i have to go on long route . I went to faounain tire for car inspection because i move province i paid them 175 bucks or they failed my inspection i have Volkswagen jetta 2012 . They say we have to do alignment of your car or chnage remove the tint from tail ligths. First of all my alignment was good about 25 days ago how its damaged in 25 days???. I remove tint from back tail ligth but my front headlights is factory tinted originally. It is legal i went about 5 mechanics in regina they say your ligths are legal dont need to change it but fountai tire staff still asking me for change the ligths then we will pass your inspection. Today i bougth new ligths or they charging me 238 dollr for just change the ligths . They are veryy greedy of money. I went to another mechanic and got chnaged my ligths in. Just 100$ . I am regreting why i went to fountain tire I should go for somwhere else. I request dont go there they are veryy mean people. They dont care About how people earn money or they suffer from this . No humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service. I never write reviews but when you find a garage you can trust, it's worth noting. Jason and his crew are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. And most importantly I would trust them with any type of automotive issue without question. I have gone to them for multiple sets of tires, brake jobs and assorted minor maintenance issues.
My recent experience with a difficult electrical issue really stands out. I was near another garage from an unnamed national chain when my electrical system went haywire. Their approach was to throw thousands of dollars of parts at it. In retrospect, I should have immediately had it towed to Fountain Tire but at least I came to my senses soon enough before making any costly mistakes.
In this case, I had just enough knowledge to be dangerous but they treated me with respect despite that and got to the bottom of things promptly. In the future, I will just leave it to the experts. I trust Jason and his team to do what's necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a fiasco at my dealership (4000 dollar quote) I went to fountain tire they repaired/replaced for under $200. Lesson learned! I only go there fast friendly people from Jason, Jeremy and Stewart. For my oil changes, tires and anything else they can help with. I have been a customer for over 9 years. I have and will continue to recommend this location. Thanks guys!
