Female in drive thr was rude ,so I told her your being rude .if your having a bad day ,try to be nice to your customers alesst .she was shocked, apologized. And said she's sorry .I said thank you and smiled at her she smiled back ?

This is a good McDonalds to drive through. The line goes fast. They get your order right. The staff are friendly

Place is always packed because the drive through takes so long. It's the slowest McDonald's in all of Regina. And then they forgot our second fries for the meal.

Always sends me to pull over to wait for food from drive through. One time we waited 10 mins for a hot chocolate. Today we went to get a quick breakfast and of course was told to pull ahead and wait for our food. We didn't have to wait that long but to get home and see we have no syrup or cutlery for the pancakes, our paper straws are soaked from the grease from the hashbrowns.

This location is always super busy. I wanted an ice coffee and went to go through the drive thru but then backed out when I saw how slow it was moving so I went inside. It wasn't any quicker. There was a line up and we waited for a few minutes before a staff person came to take orders. There were a few other people waiting for their orders.

The food was standard McDonald's fare. We got breakfast and my dad ordered the 2 breakfast wraps. They gave him two orders of 2. He drove off before I could check the bag and didn't care to fix the issue since we were already running behind. So he got charged for 2 extra breakfast wraps nobody wanted. Always double check your bag before you drive off. I regularly find something messed up at this location, whether I'm missing a sauce for my nuggets, or missing a whole burger, or a straw for my drink. I've even had cheeseburgers with no toppings on them. Their redeeming quality is if you call them about the error they'll always compensate you next time you come through with a free meal or sandwich. Just make sure you write down the code they give you.

Do not reccomend this location through delivery or skip the dishes. Every time I have ordered from this location I have had problems. Ex. The first time and second time I ordered, I ordered 4 kids meals they brought one. This time a year later same thing spend 84 dollars on food to not recieve two whole meals for people. Like it's a fast food chain it can't be that difficult to make the food items on your menu and send them to people who have paid for them. And don't blame skip its not the driver it's the restaurants fault.

This place has always been one of the favorites, but gradually the experience is getting awful, my order took more than 20 mins and after the long wait this is what i get. Please earnest request to either change the employees or train them in a proper way. We are not asking for free food here. We pay for every single of it even the condiments.
