Employee are extremely disgusting and rude.
They never serve ontime nor responding.
There behavior is like they are the only restaurant in regina.
Never visit this restaurant.

The dude working was on his phone. We had to wait for him to get off his phone to take our order.
When he did take our order he looked unhappy and wasn't very pleasant/friendly. By the way he slapped our subs together we could tell he didn't care. Our 6 year old grandson could probably do a better job than him.
We will NOT return to this location. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of food could and should be better. There is no contact info for management when one has a complaint about the store. This store has me baffled on customer service and how the staff can not make a sub. The management needs to make sever changes if he likes what he does. No bread hours before close unacceptable not knowing what double the meat is compared to a normal sub is unacceptable. VERY dirty when someone wants to eat inside they need to bring Lysol wipes to clean their own table? This is not right for what a dine in place should be like. Also when you do complain the website wants to give you 2 cookies like WTF is that about.

But if you're going to have your staff wear masks they should probably do it the entire time and not pull it down to their chin to talk to people at the till. Pulling the mask down and then leaning in towards the customer while talking isnt proper social distancing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here on the way back from Saskatoon for a sub and I was super impressed. The people behind the counter were super helpful and very fast. We ordered 5 different subs and he never missed a beat. I seen some review here about the bathrooms being not so good but I never had to use them so can't comment on that. Would I go there again? If I was in that part of the city, sure I would. Good job guys ?
