M	Marc Voyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pop Corn Chicken was Great , Fries were Great. The sandwich was gross , cold meat or not cook enough. I returned it at the counter and explained the attendant the issue. She kindly offered me another one that I declined. I said I did not want to be reimbursed nor wanted another sandwich. But I had to let them know. Staff was flawless ( maybe not the cook for that instance...)

Then needed the supervisor to get my receipt. Plus was made to wait an extra half hour for my order. Never going back there again. Don't advise any one to go there. Several other customers were over charged as well from what I heard.

I study coupons and the price has gone up by $5 for smaller pieces of chicken in the span of a little over a year and while I used to frequent KFC 3+ times a month now it’s maybe 2-3 times a year
D	Daryl Koza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just used the same coupon at the 621 Victoria Kfc store that the Starlite Kfc refused. When I told the clerk that the Starlite refused it, she said the coupon was a mistake by Kfc, but since Kfc did send it to Regina, the 621 Victoria Kfc would honour it. They are a honourable store, unlike the Starlite store which just lied and said they can't enter it.
p	p kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baldeep kaur helps me she is Really fast , got my food in less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff. Place kept very clean. They dont separate if you want white or dark meat like churches chicken but no churches chicken here. Still their gravy is good.
P	Patricia Okomanyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was very bad,the chicken I bought last night was too oily and not dry at all, the salad was too sugary and waiting at drive through was so slow. I feel it's operating on an outdated fashion. Other stores are in competition with them and they serving better. I did not enjoy the meal at all. My kids couldn't eat too. We trashed it away.
T	The Darcman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last order was good and bad. The good was that I asked for extra mayo on my spicy big crunch and they nailed it perfectly. Also good was that the staff member that took my order was very friendly. For the bad, we got a small bucket and asked for no wings and there were wings in it. Also bad was that the usually very good KFC gravy was the total opposite. It was as runny as water and tasteless, we paid extra for it just to throw in the garbage. This is the 2nd time in a row that our experience has been underwhelming.
