★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most terrible services that one could see. Booked appointment with them prior to my party and the person that I booked with didn’t show up and manager didn’d care. They didn’t inform me at all Otherwise I could go somewhere else.
I am going to officially report this to beauty council of Canada as well as hairstylist association as they ruined my plan.
Don’t trust those good reviews. Most likely those are their friends or themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to book an appointment 3 days early and on the day of the appointment they just told me that the hairstylist called in sick so I should just come back another day. They didn't even bother to call me ahead of time to let me know even if they have my number. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred there. Every time I go there they give me a time line. I leave then return and always have had my schedule time met. I have now continue to us Adet. He knows how I like my hair done. Very friendly and does a good job.
I only would have one recommendation, that would be take appointments by phone and fit the walk ins between the scheduled cuts.
But most importantly I have been going there for 2 years and will not change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All she did was comb my hair and cut straight across and that's it. Didnt handle my hair with other other hand to ensure straightness nothing. I asked for a trim. She cut 4 inches off. I asked aren't you cutting a bit into the rest. Used to have long layers. She said "no, that's a layer". My hair is wavy so I said aren't you going to straighten it a bit before cutting across..she said "no, that's a style."
It took 5 min
I was shocked a the lowest amount of effort given. I doubt it's even as I have some wave to my hair and it was dry. I still tipped cause I felt sorry for her. But she didnt deserve it. I didnt complain, but it'll never be my first choice or any choice again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose this place because of the reviews and was really looking forward to a different look. But after the hair cut I didn't see any change in my look, my hair were just shorter and did not feel any different or new. I showed the person what I want and she said that's just styling.
This wasn't the first time I cut my hair, I knew what styling looks like and what a different hair cut looks like.
Anyway, she was nice and professional with me but the experience really wasn't what I expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start off I'm very picky when it comes to my hair, I have had the same hair styles for years but since she now lives out of the city, I just needed a haircut bad. The eastern lady did my hair and did an amazing job with it. Very happy with the results. They weren't busy and got my in and done with on 30 mins. I would recommend her to anyone, she has been doing hair since 2011 and has many years of good experience.
