★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a simple tire install at the university park drive location in Regina and when my vehicle was finished all four wheels were noticeably damaged. The manager who was ridiculously unprofessional told me to come back to the shop then hung up on me. When I returned to the shop he argued with me and made a bunch of excuses and blamed the previous shop for my damaged wheels. He said it was impossible that they did the damage. I had to plea for a refund. He threw the refund receipt at me and said to never come back he doesn’t want my business.
Extremely unprofessional behaviour in front of other customers and offered me no solution whatsoever to have my problem dealt with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hood latch became disconnected and I was unable to look at the car as I live in Saskatoon. Amazing quick service from randy and his workers. I’m very impressed on the straight forward and direct conversation. After 2 minutes of walking into kaltire I had the manager looking at the car. This will be my go to place anytime I’m in the Regina area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel free to try any other tire shop in the city. Drive all the way from one end of town to the other because the other location said the east end can do it, when I show up I was basically told to pound sand. I guess they would rather work on their buddies are in the back and huddle together and joke around. Then help customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in the morning and spoke to a really helpful friendly younger guy who said they'd be able to retorque my wheels even if i didnt get them done there. He said it would be free of charge even. I got there an hour later and the guy who helped me said he couldnt do it because I didn't get them done there and that "he couldn't touch their work." I have had my retorque done there multiple times because I live close by and they've never had an issue. I guess he just thought I was stupid? Talked to me like he thought i was. I told the workers at the other tire place I went and they had a good laugh anyway.

Condescending and didn't come off friendly or courteous. I managed to find another tire shop , with excellent customer service, polite kind and understanding. Amazing sometimes how one person can effect the company sometimes. Its not the company, but the people who are representing it.
