I have dealt with Landry’s twice now and their service is Top Quality. They took the time to listen to my issues and to explain what work would be done, give a cost estimate and were able to do the service right away. They did not try to upsell me in anything. They were very courteous and friendly. As a person who has limited knowledge of vehicle service & repairs, they could have taken advantage of that but they did Not. I feel they are are very trustworthy and I will continue to rely on their excellent service.

Usually I'd give this shop nothing less than 5 stars but reception didn't even call me back with a quote and available opening after speaking directly to her. Must be very busy as they do provide great work at competitive rates. This time they lost my business since I never recieved the promised call back and clearly needed my vehicle up to par asap.

I am dissatisfied in my recent visit. I instructed the female counter staff that my engine was making a loud knocking noise while running as well as my dash light came on to service tire monitor system. Two hours later she called to say the problem was solved by changing brakes. I go to pick up my truck and the noise has obviously not been fixed and could easily be heard by Marc when asked him to come outside. I’m being billed for $650 in new brakes and the tire monitor sensors are still on. The engine noise was my only concern so I could get a fair trade in for my vehicle and now I’m out $650 that was not needed yet. The female service attendant ignored my concern and the problem wasn’t corrected.

Excellent service center! They were able to get me in at a moment's notice, the work was done very well, I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Nice shop but spent 166.00 to find out SGI won't insure my car due to damage Uhaul caused when they put it on the travel trailer, will never use Uhaul again due to this problem.

I’ve been here a few times to get work on my car done. Marc is amazing and always checks in to see if I need further work done, etc. I would have given five stars until my most recent experience with this shop. I called about a month ago for a quote on a part and labour, the female receptionist on the phone was absolutely awful to deal with. She was very rude, made me feel very uneducated about what I was talking about (and obviously I am, or I wouldn’t be taking my car to a mechanic and I’d be doing the work myself), and made me feel like I was bothering her (huffing and puffing, etc).I was told by a company that changed my oil that I needed a part replaced so I told her exactly what I needed done and asked for a quote. She told me she would call me back and asked for my number. I had not heard back about the quote and I wasn’t dealing with her again so I emailed them and explained the situation, asking for another quote. Still have not heard back. I thought I finally found a shop I could trust but after being disrespected over the phone and not hearing back about the quote, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’ve had family recently in for work on their vehicle as well and it was the same situation with the receptionist.
