They’re customer service is like the Four Seasons of repair shops, and they were excellent communicators throughout the entire process. They helped me with a courtesy vehicle because my repair was going to take so long & when something SGI had missed came to light, they fixed it without any additional cost and saw me right away. My car is working great and I feel like it’s better than before it was damaged! Plus, they have a really comfy little waiting room with some beverages (no beer, but Coke Zero!). Best shop in Regina, hands down!

The window on my car that they replaced was slightly mis aligned the first time round but they were more than happy for me to bring it back and get it fixed. The also returned my car to me cleaner than I have ever seen it. Would absolutely use this place again

The admin staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The repairs are done quickly and effectively. There is a person who goes over the repairs with you when you pick up your car who is extremely diligent and super nice. The shuttle service was very kind and got me where I needed to be quickly and safely! I have nothing but great things to say about them. I even learned some facts about painting cars! (3ft of blending room for sparkly cars, care details following, etc.) ? THANK YOU, THANK YOU ELITE AUTOBODY!

Everything from the very first booking to the finished product. They got my car in not two weeks after I called and finished it in the day. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else in the city! Outstanding people and great work!

It took 5 visits over 6 months to get the hail damage repaired on my car because they kept not having the parts or having the wrong parts. This included visit four, where nothing was completed because they ordered the wrong part. And visit five where they didn't complete my car on the same day I dropped it off so it took two days to replace a small piece of plastic.
