to IH (Ken Smales)we discussed your cylinder head and i asked you that you wanted your head rebuilt told you it would be about 500 you then asked for a gasket set.The only thing i did extra was to replace the exhaust guides which i said i would take off the bill.When you became rude and started swearing we ended the call a week later you sent someone in to pay for it and you still wanted it for half price.I was up front with the cost.be honest next time Micheal Waynert...as i have tried to call you and left messages with no response i can only imagine you were confused at the time as i handed you a invoice and didnt want to write up a bill...to late...i urge people to call me and ask cost to jobs i make it a point not to get people in my shop with a low cost and then surprise them later...if i am doing the job and run in to small cost differences i dont call but 700 dollar differences i would make a call to my customer.I look forward to hear from you as i have no record of you in my shop..my i see the invoice i handed you...thank you i do keep records for 10 years so 6 is no problem...taking advantage of people is something i dont do...maybe since it sounds like you were a little kid you didnt listen very well or couldnt comprehend what was going on...ask next time... providing services at a fair price and being up front is what i strive for...i do lose work because i tell the whole story on the phone and not just a small cost for the job to get them in the door ...another faceless internet coward..i will not reply again

Asked for a 3 angle valve job... claimed to do a bunch of other work. Charged me a solid 2-3x what a valve job would cost. Olly is a scam artist. Avoid at all costs. I should clarify. He said the 3 angle valve job would cost about $300 (normal) but handed me an invoice for nearly $1000 because he did additional work that I did not ask him to do. He said "Pay cash because I'll charge you more to write up a bill" Edit: Ollie, you won't have record of this. It was 6 years ago. You saw that I was a young kid at the time, and "took me for a ride." You said it would cost more to give me an actual bill instead of some scribbles on a sheet of paper, because writing up a bill means paying taxes, and you're trying to avoid paying those taxes. Leaving a review of your own shop on Google looks pretty sleazy...

Wow, i really cant say enough, i was recommended by my dad to check Reliable Cylinder out, he says they have always done great work. They got me what i needed done in very little time especially since i was in a time crunch for sledding season, did more than i asked for in cleaning terms and price was Amazing. They sill be my 1st Choice for All my engine work from now on, definitely check them out for your cylinder boring needs.

Ollie Did an amazing job making sure this engine was spot on the money. From Reconditioning the heads to getting the clearances in spec to the cam, he truely made a dream come true with no shortcuts and got it to be exactly what I wanted. It's well broken in and has been absolutely perfect, and perfect consistant oil pressure. Only place I would deal with for engine rebuilding and performance.
