★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My visit was great ! Was there to purchase items for a newborn. Good timing because there just happened to be a clearance sale in the baby department. Items were marked and tagged sale price value. To my surprise the prices were marked down at the checkout til another 10-30%. So no complaints here :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a stroller July 31st. First of all it was on sale and the delivery date worked out great for when I needed it by. Needless we had an item delivered a business day earlier than expected which was nice but unfortunately it was a play pen instead of the our stroller. I called to ask when we would be recieving our stroller and that we had recieved a play pen we didn't order. I was told that it would be 3-5 business days to recieve a return label. After I recieved this label I was to send it back and call in with the tracking number. Then the company will send out our item we ordered and are now going to be waiting for, for roughly around 2-3 weeks after we send the item back the company sent us instead of ours. This is unacceptable. Needless to say we won't be purchasing any other items from this company. This protocol is ridiculous. If the company is so concerned over a $100.00 play pen and people not returning it while the item needed is sent out. If the wrong item sent out original isn't sent back just charge the customers credit card. It is on file!!!!
Extremely unhappy with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a baby soon, did a registry through BabiesRus, the staff were great and very helpful and I got a cute registry bag with some coupons, some samples and baby bottle. It’s supper easy to register, and you can scan with your phone the things that you need. Other than that we went back to buy everything we needed (check for the items on amazon as well sometimes it’s cheaper there), we got 10% discount for signing a free membership which was awesome and the store had some great sales and we got gift card as well. At the end they had some problem with the computer which cause us some delay and the staff did everything they could to help and figure it out and gave us another discount for the trouble. They wee super friendly and very nice and helpful! At the location there’s a big free parking lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by Toys R Us in Regina while visiting family and friends. We were looking to get our toddler son a balance bike as his early birthday gift. The store manager, Ellen, was extremely helpful. She showed us where they were and explained the differences between them all, as well as gave us input from what other customer's have had to say about them. We would definitely return to this location on future visits because of this amazing service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good selection in store but more then once I couldn’t find what I was looking for online. The upside is that they have more options online, so you can definitely find what you need. The prices are fair and there are good deals and offers that makes shopping there worth the while. Finally, the staff is very kind and courteous and they are very helpful. Most importantly, I can say from a personal experience that they are super professional and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I definitely recommend this store!
