I have been dealing with Jeff for over 5 years now and there isn’t anywhere I would take my vehicles when I’m having issues. Jeff and Russ are extremely knowledgeable and get down into the fine details and always provide excellent service.

Great service! My car had an AC problem. The car was taken in on time, checked out for free! And told me what is wrong and fixed on the spot with my permission. I liked the service, highly recommend!

I've been taking vehicles to Don's since the awesome work he did the very first time I took my car in and I've taken other ones I've owned there because every time he fixes what needs to be done, there is no need to worry after that. His prices are very, very good as well. ?

Low prices and very good knowledgeable, honest service. You won't pay for work that shouldn't be done. I've taken various vehicles over the years for various issues, and recommended friends who have always been happy with the results.

Don is obviously very knowledgeable and he lets you know it. I was referred to him by all the positive feedback I read online, great prices, honest, responsible Yadayada....I took my vehicle in to have my AC checked for a suspected leak, and 6 hours later he charged me $160 to shoot dye into the system and discover a leak in the condenser! I was floored by what his estimate was to repair the system...almost $800 on top of the already $160 I spent to just find the leak! The biggest problem I have with his estimate was his charge for a new condenser....he quoted $360 plus taxes! I checked around and finally ordered a new condenser with a lifetime warranty off eBay for $45 US and free shipping! Even in the city I found the exact part at many establishments for less then $200 and I know that his cost for the same part would be considerably less being a jobber, which brings me to my problem with Don.....I understand it's a business, he needs to make a profit on parts as well as his labor but to what extent? Based on his cost for the part, I'm guessing he is taking at least a 100% markup, probably more for a man who is so highly regarded as fair, honest and reasonable pricing! To all you who recommends Don as fair, honest and great prices, I was duped, I went to him based on the online feedback and I was never more disappointed in the service I received! Must have been all family and friends that posted all the positive comments about Don and his business but don't be fooled he is not the bargain you are looking for! I would not recommend or visit his shop again under any circumstance...I found a great mechanic who installed the condenser I bought and the total charge for install and recharge was $200! I saved almost $600 from Don's quote and I have cold AC!

Jeff has been our mechanic for a long time (decades). He is honest and knowledgeable and he does the work, not a less experienced employee. His rates are good and he is efficient so billing is gentle. Can not say enough positive about him. Recommended highly.
