★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my friend went into this place he spends a lot if money each month he went in May 29 got some pre rolls and walked out he opened the pack to find it empty he went back to the store and was met with a employee with a horrible attitude calling him a liar she said she shakes all tins before handing them to the customer my friend showed the receipt which was purchased no more then 10 min before returning to the store she took the tin in the back smelt it then gave him another tin I would give 0 stars if I could he will never go back because of this really rude employee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very sad to learn that even though the product I was given is not what I asked for there is nothing they can do. Asked for some distillates, I even asked if it was a cartridge and was told several times by the guy behind the counter that it was a syringe of dabs, got home and opened the package and lo and behold....it's a 510 cartridge. Called them about it and was told by the nice lady on the phone that I could buy a $10 battery for the cart that isn't even what I wanted. Or I could come in and buy some other dabs. Or the 3rd option she advised (the only one that wasn't just trying to get me to come back and spend more money) was to attempt to disassemble the cartridge and attempt to get all the distillate out somehow and smoke that. I was a somewhat regular customer, and I used to really love this store and recommend it to everyone. Sadly over the last year this is FAR from the first mixup I've had here with incorrect products. Likely will not be going back any time soon ?
