★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to Philip at Towtal Towing because my car broke down on the 401. Philip told me that he could get a truck out to tow me in about 15 mins. Rick who was awesome showed up in 13 mins. Got my car hooked up and rolling before I finished a granola bar. The price was great compared to other calls I made. Amazing service, professional, safe, prompt........These guys are TOWTALLY unreal!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst towing company out there. Will show upto a caa call say they can't do it and leave. Why? Because they get paid to show up and can't be bothered to actually put in the effort to tow the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst customer service on the phone. Called to say the toe truck drove past us and needs to come back. Guy on the phone gets mad at me and hangs up. Driver never came back, just ditched us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver couldn't keep his eyes off his phone and other electronics devices, didn't know basic directions, very little attention paid to road. Was fairly rude and felt it appropriate to tell me the worst case scenario about my car will happen. Didn't know how to properly wear a mask or follow any covid protocol. Absolutely don't use this company and if your forced to don't trust them one bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver arrived earlier then expected, and completed the tow as requested, but that was about the only thing that didnt go wrong. Upon arrival he asked what was going on with my car, so I explained its either an alternator issue or timing belt. He asked me to open the hood, so I did. Then he got out the booster pack, ignoring me telling him that i had already tried to boost it. Proceeds to connect the wrong terminal together causing an insane amount of sparks, potentially killing my battery, which didn't need a boost in the first place. After he properly connected the jumper cables to the battery, i tried turning it over anyway, it didnt start. Not surprised. I tried again and pressed the gas pedal a few times, nothing. Then he proceeds to get in my car, hold the starter down for 30 to 40 seconds while continuing to stomp down the gas pedal over and over. He had no regard for any of the information i gave him about my car or what the situation was. If I wanted a guy to come and try to start my car I would have asked for that, All I wanted was for him to tow my car to my mechanics, not for him to try and fry my battery and flood my engine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested a tow as my vehicle was making loud noises and had a strong smell when turned on. The driver, Fadi, was very pleasant and helpful. He asked what was wrong and troubleshot some of the issues with my dad before hooking it up and bringing it to the shop. Would recommend.
