I live in northern Ontario and I wanted specific features. One evening, I spent two hours scouring all the Toyota websites in Ontario and found what I was looking for at Tony Graham Toyota. An early return on a lease meant a dream car for me. A 2019 Corolla SE with: manual transmission, sunroof, heated seats and steering wheel, sport cloth seats; less than 20,000 kms, etc., etc. I was hoping for red but it’s a royal blue and I’ve come to adore it. I sent an email right away and Sales Representative Dmytro Khonko replied within a few minutes and went out of his way to make the deal happen, including meeting my brother at a time when he wasn’t scheduled to work ( I couldn’t make the 8 hr drive then and I didn’t want to lose out) and keeping the car safe and immaculate until we could pick it up. Despite this deal happening over the phone, email and text messaging, the entire experience was beyond professional. I can’t say enough about Dymtro and this dealership. As a result, I’ve decided to take it back there for some minor servicing. They’ve squeezed me in on a weekend—Like wow! Service like this rarely exists anywhere anymore. What a fabulous car and it handled a challenging Timmins winter like a champ. I’m looking forward to taking this 6-speed on summer road trips. Again, thank you Dmytro and Tony Graham Toyota!

I went inside to inquire about the vehicle and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Luis Martinez (sales rep). Right away he took care of everything. I had no issues in the taking the vehicle for a test drive, didn't feel pressured to sign anything, and all the numbers were shown upfront. Everything that was discussed in terms of maintenance was taken care of. Luis also went above and beyond when I went into the pickup the vehicle. The pictures speak for themselves. He also made sure I was well informed and kept me updated throughout the whole transaction via text message. Overall, great shopping experience.
