I hade my 2007 Jeep diesel to several dealers, to sort out weird electrical random code issues, and they could not even diagnose what/where the problem could be. I have to say I've seen above and beyond but Gaetano set the bar and took it to another level. The staff and automotive techs are very accommodating, professional and friendly. Gaetano and his team are very trustworthy I highly recommend anyone to use there services and FYI for all my commercial contractors like myself if you need commercial safeties come see Gaetano.

I have known Gaetano for years and he has has always helped me unconditionally. However, he always goes above and beyond the call of duty for EACH AND EVERY ONE of his clients. He and his staff are very friendly and people-oriented. He somehow always makes time for people, always trying to be as much a friend to his clients as much as a businessman, no matter how swamped he is. He has fixed any and all problems for my vehicles over the years, from oil & filter to transmission, and has always been honest about whether my past cars have been worth repairing before looking for another used car. There is NEVER any hidden agenda with Gaetano. When I bring my car to his shop, there is no question that it will be repaired correctly. I would trust this man with my life.

I called for some information on a car that I was working on myself I needed a certain tool for it. he looked up the car and told me exactly how to go about timing the car properly as well as printed out a detailed description on how to carry out this procedure and then informed me that he had the same kind of car for sale sitting there at a shop right at that moment. Two days later I decided I wanted to buy the car He made me a great deal on it he could have sold the car for easily $3,000 more than what he charged me. when I got there to pick it up it was supposed to be an as-is sale however there was an issue with a wire. he immediately brought the car in the shop had his guys work on it they stayed half an hour late on a Friday night not one complaint heard from anybody he went above and beyond what he needed to do to get the deal done and did not charge me a penny more than what was already discussed before I got there you won't find that very often if ever. very professional amazing shop amazing employees definitely recommend you take your car there it's the only place I'm going from now on in Ottawa and you should think the same. reasonably priced all high-end cars they work on they know what they're doing go there they deserve the business many other garages do not. Honest guy honest mechanic keeps it real. Hard to find these days the saying goes they don't make companies or things like they used to well I'm saying they used to make things and companies like Ardoc and there ain't too many of them around super rare find these days.

Had the great fortune of having Gaetano and his crew recommended to me for transmission issues on my Mercedes. Many lessons learned. The big dealerships replace….Gaetano fixes! Quickly determined what was wrong. Sourced the parts. Saved me money. Communicated. And FIXED the problem. The best!!!

Gaetano offered his best opinions and this shop although busy was able to replace an oil cooler that was leaking. Friendly staff, the waiting area could use a warm stove to warm up the place, besides that service was great, thanks guys!
