We have been a Reid Heating and Cooling client for many years and have had our furnace serviced annually and every experience has been a good one. The technicians are always friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.

The service technician was very professional and thorough in checking and cleaning the heat unit. He also gave the A/C a good checkup and cleaning. Finally he gave us a report on the conditions of each system. He also informed us that the company was moving to a paperless billing but could provide us a copy of the work order by e-mail which he did from his vehicle. We appreciate the service. Thank you.

Update: Read the reply from the company- of course not taking blame- just like how they didn't in many of the reviews. Not sure why the owner dodged the calls that were made trying to respectively come to a solution. Instead ignores the situation and then denies any of it. At least, clearly you can see the driver didn't take even 2 minutes to clean off his truck. Great job Reid Heating and Cooling. I have no choice but to replace it as my vehicle provides transportation for my child as well. Sad that a company who I'm sure brings a decent amount of money would refuse to fix a 300-500 dollar window. You're pathetic. I feel sorry for people that waste money on your services- based purely off how you handled this situation. And you're right- I snapped a photo- I was respectful enough to cover your plate in it. Who wouldn't have taken a picture in this case? Could have been the person sitting next to me- focus on the issue at hand. You're company is failing to deal with their neglect. I will not drop this. It could have been worse. ________________________________________________________________________ Currently going back and forth with the OPP over this company refusing to acknowledge that one of their drivers caused damage to my vehicle. A few weeks back, a driver failed to clean off his van after a snowfall. I was behind him getting onto the Queensway, on my way to work. Snow and ice flew back at my windshield causing a crack, which over the following two nights of minus weather overnight-split all the way up. The whole windshield needs to be replaced. I was advised from their ignorant secretary to go through my insurance. OPP are now involved because the owner couldn't respond himself. Wonder how they handle their customers complaints if this is how they handle anybody else. Not surprised at some of the lower reviews!

They are very helpful, do a great job and are really on top of things. I'm very happy with them. I've had my new furnace for about 6 years with no problems.

Technician Adonay did an amazing job yesterday Saturday February 19th. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He placed carpets in every area of the house that he brought the equipment in and cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend this company. We used them several years ago when we moved into a different house, and the quality of the service remains consistently great. Thank you Adonay and Lolita.

The company responded very quickly to my furnace failure. Diagnosed problem and explained clearly (thanks Celeste), provided quick and clear options the next day (thanks Marc) and installed a new furnace the next day (thanks Adam and Celeste). I cannot imagine any better service. Adam was especially appreciated as he explained everything very well and I felt very happy that I had made the right choices for company and equipment. Excellent.

So...Reid put in my furnace and a/c a few years ago. We have the service plan. Great price and service. Good people but my furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year yesterday so I called the emergency service line. Spoke to a tech who asked me to read the error code. He then sent out Mina the other tech with the part. I called at 722pm and the tech was done by 820 pm. Honestly...above and beyond!! Thank you!!
