Brought my new 2021 Dodge Ram pickup truck for an oil change and a tire change with a wheel balance at Dilawri Chrysler Hunt Club location. Even though I had an appointment it took almost 3 hours. 1) My vehicle finally returned from the mechanic pit with damage ! 2) 4 tires on rims were simply tossed in every direction in my rear cargo box, instead of place neatly, as per my request therefore the Service Advisor noted on work order. 3) Tire pressure was never performed. 4) Oil/Greace/Dirt was left on my leather console. 5) Even had 1 chewing gum taken/stolen out of a new unopened chewing gum pack. 6) Radio was turned on and on a station that I never listen too. 7) Top off Washer Fluid was not done. I returned the following morning to address my complaint to the service manager Jessica Andrews and she made me feel like she couldn't be bothered. * Customer highly disgusted and upset ! Very angry that I purchased my vehicle from this dealership !

Great experience with Jeff and Rod…they made me feel like family from the moment I arrived! Jeff and Rod worked very hard to find me the exact vehicle I wanted and went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I didn’t tell them it’s my dream truck and have wanted one for years until the deal was done though…can’t play all your cards ;) I highly recommend this dealership, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, strong communication, very accommodating to my needs and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys!

I wish I could turn back time and not buy a vehicle from this company. For years I have been getting regular calls about trading my vehicle in. I am not, have not and will not be interested. Each time I tell them this and ask to be taken off their list. Each time I am assured it happens. I keep getting calls. Dilawri does not respect the wishes of previous buyers and will harass you with constant calls about trading in or selling your vehicle. Dilawri, it’s not me, it’s you. Stop calling me.

Extremely poor Service department. Service Manager has no clue how to provide customer service. She has wasted my time on 5 occasion and I had enough. I go in for a warranty fuel pump replacement after being booked in. As I come in for my appointment that they booked me for, I get told by her (Service Manager) that they will not take my car as it is full of fuel and I need to bring it back when it empty. Did anyone tell me this during the booking for the appointment call. Nope! No attention to details what so ever. Service Manager was indifferent to the time she wasted. Not her problem so does not care. The Service Manager provides min service levels, min effort levels and bottom line just does not care. She brings a bad name to a good sale team. Why they keep her around is beyond me. That said I am done wasting my time with Dilawri Customer Service Department. I am now taking my car to Southbank Bank (dealership) where customer service means something to them. We are all busy people. Not wasting other people time mean caring for the other person. Time sucking vampires like customer Service Manager at Dilawri have no place in my life.

Solid group of people. We worked with Edgar to get into a great new vehicle and he pulled out all the stops to make sure we found the right one. Due to the cold, we had some issues getting a test drive started, but they were all hands on deck to get it going. The whole team was great and friendly. Highly recommend.

Picked the coldest day of the year to look at pickup trucks and Blair was always upbeat and showed us a number of trucks that would fit our needs. Finally decided on a used Nissan Titan. Worked out the price quickly and purchased the vehicle. Everything was smooth from finance with Mo to the day we picked up truck! Runs and performs great and highly recommend Blair to anyone looking for personalized service when looking for there next vehicle!

We recently traded our pick-up truck for a minivan with Rod at Dilawri Chrysler and had a fantastic experience. Rod was extremely helpful, we had quite a few questions before picking up our new vehicle and Rod was very quick to answer all of our emails. I would definitely recommend Rod in particular! We were able to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled date and time and it was spotless! Our son and dogs will definitely enjoy all of the extra space in the van!

I recently purchased a 2021 jeep wrangler. I had a great experience with all the sales team, managers and finance staff. There were a couple hiccups because of covid, but the team pulled it off in the end. They definitely tried there best to make my experience a great one. Edgar even texted me when he was off sick to make sure things were going smoothly. I appreciate everything they did to help me purchase my dream vehicle. Hiccups aside I left with my jeep and a smile! Would definitely recommend the Dilawri team
