The sight was clean, he did fantastic work with the cutting etc. We just went through a renovation and had to have people come back multiple times. It was nice to see such a professional job.

From working with Emma Emgrunt to the finished product was a very positive experience. Emma worked with us diligently to make sure we were going to get exactly what we envisioned. We got that and more! Their installers are highly professional. Always on time & never obtrusive. Clean, knowledgeable and efficient! Follow up service is also important and when we ran into a very minor problem with one of the drawers they came immediately to fix the issue. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. In fact I’ve already done so and our friends are also very pleased.

The design and installation services were done timely and professionally. Even during these challenging times for businesses, they strived to keep up the best standards and fastest service. I am intending to have many more projects with them in the future. Their service, quality of materials and custom mill work justifies the price.

She’s no-nonsense and really knows her stuff. From going through our space to my requests. I had custom closets done for 4 reach-in closets and 1 walk-in closet. During our first meeting she sat in our kitchen with her laptop and started the designs. No pressure what so ever and quickly provided the quote. She left me to thinK about the designs and to discuss further with my husband and kids and then followed up with a phone call to meet again to finalize the designs at the showroom where I could see the actual custom closets. Again with no pressure sales tactics! After going over everything with her at the showroom we changed a few things in the design and material and then finalized the sale. I made an appointment for the installation after that. When the installation was supposed to take place Covid hit but that didn’t stop the work going forward. The installer was very professional and polite. He kept his mask and gloves on the whole time and honestly I don’t know how he did it as it was so hot. The work was impeccable and I got exactly what was promised! Keep up the great work and excellent customer service Emma and Capital Closets. I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family. In fact I already did as they were so impressed with the final product.

Emma's designs were fantastic and she walked me through what was possible given the small dimensions of our closets. The fellow who installed the closets worked for a solid 10 hours to get the job done. The precision of the installation and the quality of the custom closets was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing for high quality service, solid construction and impeccable installation.

We were introduced to them through Costco and got a Costco gift card incentive for using them. Emma came over and took some measurements and then, within a few minutes, set up at our kitchen table with her computer and went through some virtual designs for our two guest bedrooms and our very small walk-in. She adapted to our input and changed on the fly creating a design within our budget that we were very happy with and in a totally non-pushy, but more helpful way. I really feel like she cared more about what we thought we needed rather than what she wanted us to have. She listened and we got what we wanted, no BS and I appreciate that. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, worth every penny to maximize your space! A+++

Eddy and Alex were very organized and prepared by putting down material to protect our newly sanded floors and stairs. They experienced a challenge with hauling the closets up to our bedroom but with a professional manner they figured out how to accomplish this task. A very friendly pair offering great service answering any questions we had with a professional manner and details with visuals. The closets are excellent quality and will last 100 years according to Eddy. ? They are very well made and one can see by look and feel their quality. Very happy that we chose Capital Closets for our closet purchase and install. We highly recommend Eddy, Alex, Emma and the team at Capital Closets! ? Janice & Richard
