Took my 2020 Kia Soul EX in for a cracked bumper from hitting a stump on a campsite at 4 kpm's and related damage. It took 6 weeks to get the bumper from China or wherever. Insurance covered a rental car for 4 weeks - and Star Collision gave me a 2121 Mercedes rocket disguised as an SUV (3 L double turbo) with self parking among other features - - (no coffee maker) - - and the 360 camera and sensor protection were awesome. The body work? Perfect. I'm a repeat customer - - it was recommended by my insurance company and I had no deductible so it was a very positive experience. I liked that they would return the rental car for me and I loved the loaner. Ask for Matt.

Booked my parents R350 for service and an air bag recall while I was getting my B250 serviced. I made sure the dealer had ordered and received all parts before I dropped the car off and was told it would be completed in one day. It took 3 days for the R350 service and recall to be completed instead of a single day as I was told. They ordered in the wrong air bag and had the vehicle disassembled before realizing. 6 weeks after the service on my parents R350, the power steering pump started to make noise. Upon inspection, we discovered there was zero fluid in the reservoir. Checking the bill for the service shows that "all fluids are checked and topped up". I returned to the dealership and Alex, the service representative told us he would look into it and the vehicle would be returned before the end of the day. Not only did Alex not get back to us that day, but he did not return the several messages that we left about the status of our vehicle. My parents were out of town and left without any way to get around. The next day, I called and told the front desk what was going on and that my parents are from out of town and without any knowledge of the vehicle status. The person I spoke with said they would hand deliver a message to the manager. Only then did I receive a phone call from Alex, who was rude and cut me off as I was trying to find out why we were left without any response. When we arrived at the dealership, Alex told us that all the fluid evaporated and there was no leak in the system. He also said there would be no charge for the fluid. The fluid is supposed to be checked and included in the service. When we spoke to the service manager, he told us that evaporating power steering fluid was not possible and so Alex was asked how this was the case. Alex then informed us that the mechanics notes said so but the mechanic was on lunch. We were never informed as to how a power steering fluid disappeared. The only conclusion is that the fluid level was never checked - which makes me wonder what else was not done? I now find myself questioning all work that was done on my own vehicle by this dealership.

What an awesome experience working with Star Motors! From the initial on-line contact with Steve D, to the purchase discussion and eventual vehicle pick-up from Gord S, and including the financial transaction with Josee H, my entire interaction with the Star Motors Team could not have been better. All went out of their way to try and accommodate my family and I in any way we needed so that we would be able to pick up our vehicle on a certain day and time, and all of this happening the very busy week before Christmas! This is how car buying should be. Thanks Star Motors. It was a pleasure.

Had been dealing with Star Motors since it first opened on Hunt Club Road. In recent years we have noticed that the service level has been going down ... They always say extra maintenance is required therefore extra $$$ ... This most recent visit we went in to have our winter tires put on the car. They indicated we needed to have a "Service B" performed on the car even though we had only driven less than 5,000km since the last service. We said NO to the extra service (since we were looking into getting a new car & using this one as a trade in) and we asked for ONLY the Tire Change we were told it would be a 1 hour wait. After 2 & 1/2 hour wait in their waiting room ... they were finally finished ... they billed us for the tire change & the Oil Change without our authorization. We had been speaking with a sales man in their dealership but unfortunately their service department cost them the sale of a New GLB & future service.

Our experience with Star Motors was fantastic right from Online Scarlett (Steve). Everyone from the reception to financial services were very warm. Our Sales Rep (Jean P) went above and beyond to ensure that we are satisfied and was very responsive. He is very friendly and courteous. We recommend JP anytime you visit Stars Motors - you are guaranteed an awesome experience.

Gordie and his service team went well above and beyond to quickly get my vehicle in to make necessary modifications for child safety seats to install correctly. It ended up being much more work than anybody anticipated but they kindly pushed through and completed the work that day! A very busy dealership and in these tough times I was so impressed with the care and attention I received! I can also tell you on a different visit they found and fixed two issues that were totally covered at no expense to me. In summary- an ethical and customer focused operation Kevin

I would like to thank the entire team at Star Motors for providing an excellent car buying experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by friendly and respectful staff who were ready to help. They were not pushy and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to in order to get the information I was looking for. They also offered a generous trade-in value for my existing vehicle which was nice to see. I would highly recommend you visit this location if you are looking for a Mercedes vehicle.

I had a great experience purchase a vehicle from Mr. Waung. He was a pleasure to deal with and no pressure to purchase. He even pointed out a small scratch that I didn’t notice and had it fixed perfectly before I picked it up. The team there walked me through the vehicle and were able to set me up with all the cars tech so it’s all set up to mine,my husband, and my kid’s profiles.
