★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is WOW! For 2 years, I've been procrastinating fixing my stereo because I thought it was going to cost me a fortune! I called around today and contact Hyperion Technologies. They were the ONLY shop to tell me to come in and they would give me some guidance - I was wanting to fix it myself.
Alex was amazing! Within minutes of arriving, he already had my dash apart and my stereo out! I was told by a few people that it might be a blown fuse in the back. He checked for a fuse on the back of the unit and found one. It turns out it was exactly what the problem was! Alex replaced the fuse (at no charge!), put my stereo and dash back together and I was good to go in under 10mins!
I will definitely call Hyperion first, when I need my next audio repair! The other audio shops were dismissive with my ideas for what I needed or they told me I would have to change everything! I truly appreciate Alex taking the time to go above & beyond :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with my Katzkin seats and the level of service here. Todd listened to what I wanted and ordered exactly the style I was looking for. He kept me updated as to when they should be delivered, he was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. Alex, was also great to deal with, helpful to book the appointment and even willing to stay a bit after closing because I was running late with traffic. The seats themselves are beautiful and perfectly installed. They look awesome, I'm extremely happy and will definitely use Hyperion again in the future.

"Alex" I believe his name is from Hyperion was to quote an install of a sound system in my classic mustang.
Never received a call back for a quote to date and I was generally treated like my car was stolen or something by Alex's attitude while I was there. My significant other noticed this too.
Driving is very therapeutic for me an combating my symptoms of ptsd and music while doing so helps tremendously.
Thanks for nothing Hyperion!

The owner was extremely understanding and even stayed late on a Friday to wait until I got off work. Haven’t had any issues since. Very good experience, I’ll be coming back to this shop for the remainder of the period I have this device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Dodge Caravan 4 year ago, going on 5 years in August. My dealership send out my vehicle and had the backup camera installed on my vehicle. Since then, the camera was replace 3 times since I purchased the vehicle in 2017, reason from Hyperion, camera just died. Now the camera died again for the 4th times in less than 5 years. The only difference the camera lasted 2 years and 4 months. I wouldn't have any type of camera installed here, since you may just need to fix it again and again.
If the product fail 4 times In 5 years, I do think my point is valid. Thank you for your time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached out to Todd from Hyperion a few weeks back when the competition couldn’t help me. Todd was able to order an amplifier for my BMW form his connections at a reasonable price. Dealing with Todd thru this was an enjoyable experience. He wasn’t getting a big paying job from me and went out of his way to help me. He was super polite and respectful and better in person. I would and will definitely be back for any future car related services he provides. Thanks to him I am now cruising to the music and gave up my singing career. Thanks again Todd.
