Worst Bodyshop & body work I ever see terrible customer service constantly blaming somebody else no self respect for the work he’s putting out when he works alone...

I've had three jobs done at this shop and always found the work to be thoroughly and conscientiously done. I recommend this shop to my friends.

Throughly dishonest owner doing very shoddy work. Paint peeled less than a year after being paid to repair and he refuses to fix. You can usually get an appointment from him for the next day but that's because most people don't show up twice. Warmly suggested to stay away.

Hunter is incredibly knowledgeable and talented with regard to bodywork, as evidenced by the fact that luxury car dealerships trust him with work on lot cars. Cruise by his shop and check out the level of vehicles waiting to be worked on or waiting to be picked up. He'll talk you through what needs to be done and tell you up front what it will cost. His work is excellent and speaks for itself.

This owner that you want to meet, is the prime example of dishonesty, lack of self-respect, lack of initiative, lack of acknowledgement and is defined by the failure of skills. I confronted him about some really bad work that he did, more than just bad this can actually cause further rust on my vehicle, and he flat out denied it and he flat-out made excuses just to trying to cover his behind. He was very argumentative and never acknowledged the he did a really bad job. Though on the plus side in terms of a complaint on a Better Business Bureau complaint, he actually did acknowledge that he worked on two areas where my car is rusting now. Mind you, my car is not resting because it wants to rust, the car is loaded with oil its resting because of this guy! And then he throws a big surprise at you and tells you none of his work is warrantied, furthermore none of his work can be transferred in terms of warranty. It's one thing to have that policy, but it's another to just verbally state it and not even mention it on the receipt and tells you that right when you show up conveniently to tell him that he did a bad job. On the surface it looks like you did a good job but just give it a little bit, maybe a year and you'll start to see problems on your car. *EDIT (Previous post was originally 2 months ago, the additional comments below were added November 8th) The owner of this business has some pretty interesting allegations. Interestingly, he claims that he never warrantied work, though it was clear from the beginning that e never mentioned anything bout not having any warranty. For work that was done in only a year, and for rust to begin, he definitely did some shoddy work and keeps saying the same accusation that the previous individual who placed a comment (before mine, dusan) and I are related. Which is an odd allegation not borne by facts.

I've had Jim work on both our cars on 3 separate occasions. The third time, chalk it up to closing the garage door on the backdoor of our car. Happy with Jim's work, speed, care and attention paid to matching the colours. I couldn't tell the difference. He knows his Audi's thats for sure. Do take the extra 30 minutes and chat with Jim. He's a solo shop owner operator and enjoys the banter. The key to getting a great result, is being a great customer yourself and taking the time to get to know who's going to be fixing your car. Jim don't retire anytime soon, I won't have anyone to go to. Ask him about the Discount Repair Program and the insurance industry! All in all great person to deal with and knows his craft.

Great work, exactly what I was looking for. Work is a pretty good price, and Hunter gets it done pretty fast. He included paint touch ups on all scratches on the car when I got my bumper fixed, which was a nice add-on. My car looks brand new now. See pictures for before and after. Couldn’t be any happier.
