★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value! Mark is friendly and knowledgeable. Went in for regular maintenance (with scheduled transmission fluid change), so nothing special. At the dealer this means leaving the car for a day. With Mark I got the car back before lunch (about 3 hours). Prices were very reasonable. No qualms recommending Mark to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first service at MB AutoCare recently. Even after reading all the glowing reviews on here, all my expectations were exceeded.
Mark has years of experience with Mercedes and I’m not exaggerating when I say he knows your car better than your dealer’s service department.
On the service side, he was ready immediately when I arrived, and jumped right into it. Work was exactly as described, he gave a clear overview of exactly what would be done and why, and a clear breakdown of the (very reasonable) cost. The job was done in less than half the time I was expecting.
If you have a Mercedes and live in the capital region it is a no brainer - go to MB AutoCare to service it. My only regret is not finding MB AutoCare sooner.
