★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had an excellent experience with star collision. They worked directly with my insurance company and car rental agency to make the experience as senseless as possible. Their work was of exceptional quality; I’ve looked very closely and it’s impossible to tell where the repairs were done. Plus, they’ve guaranteed their work for as long as I own my vehicle. I would 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a scratch on a matte factory painted car and I was told by different body shops that they are unable to match the Color with other panels of the car. I was referred to Star collision by Star Motors of Ottawa to see if they can match the paint. Not only did they Exceed my expectations, they also made sure everything went perfect. The Manager, Jason is Top Notch and the whole team at star collision. He made sure everything I wanted was done to the Car. I am really happy I chose Star Collision. I sure will be visiting again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and mechanics I had two claims with them. First claim body work was terrible the edges had chips. They fixed it after I noticed and delayed my car by a month. Second claim the car broke down 2 days after getting it back. I thought they represent Mercedes Benz but this is by far the worst work done. They couldn’t find the issue so I went to my personal mechanic and noticed the issue right away. Never going back to them again. They also never respond on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently left my 2014 Jetta in the capable hands of Jason, Matthew and the rest of the team at Star Collision and it came back looking better than it did before! Not only that, but they managed to clean the interior to a point of looking almost like new (and with a short-haired dog that sheds, this was no easy feat).
Jason kept me updated regularly on how the work on my car was going and the estimate I received was very close to the final cost. I really appreciated the professionalism and care they took and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get some auto body work done.

The repairs are done very well - the paint blending means I couldn't tell at all where the damages were at all. They are very professional. On time delivery. Reasonable costs. Highly recommended.
