Prices were so cheap I thought it was USD, shipping was incredibly priced and arrived the next day which blew my mind (Ottawa-Fort Erie). I recently had an order arrive with a picking error (pickers are only human and make the occasional error). Not only did KJP respond quickly and professionally to my concern, but they also rectified it quickly and to 100% satisfaction. KJP is a FANTASTIC company to deal with and I highly recommend you give them a shot and try them out. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with either the quality of their products or the service they provide.

The finished product is absolutely stunning. What really stood out, however, was their customer focus. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and was very quick to resolve a minor production error…and still delivered it ahead of schedule! We will definitely spread the word and purchase from them again.

One kit had a few pieces with severe siping. (Took multiple passes through the planner to get them flat.) I’m including a photo. Multiple pieces were like this. The second kit had a board with a nice big split in it. When I contacted them to let them know, they refunded me $15. I’m giving two stars because they were friendly but let’s face it, there’s too many options out there to be charging people for sub-standard products. I’m disappointed because I’d heard good things about KJP in the past, but it looks like this will be my first and last purchase from them.
