Contacted him to polish our basement concrete floor ...waisted our time for 2 months ... kept promising he can start next week or the week after ... finally promises he will start on a Monday, then one day before the project cancels the project ... very unethical and unprofessional ... if you do not have time or confidence to start a project simply do not waist other peoples time !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snow removal from roof top. Van's pressure cleaning did a great job at clearing snow and ice from our roof top. The snow removal was done professionally. They arrived on time and workers appeared to be very skilled. The job was done perfectly.

Do not support this business. They parked a truck on Bank Street in Ottawa South at 0745 this AM in a NO STOPPING zone during rush hour. They proceeded to park there and work on a building backing up traffic on Bank street past Billings Bridge. They could have waited until after 9AM when you are allowed to park here but they just didn't care. When I emailed them today to report it they did not even respond

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not call this company to unfreeze pipes! They do not know what they're doing. The technician did damage to our property, left tools in our pipes and they refuse to own up and pay for their mistakes. The worst service company I have ever dealt with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van's Pressure Cleaning was recommended to me for concrete grinding and Ryan did a great job profiling a "hump" on a stabilized concrete floor slab, using a Blastrac machine They are very busy so be prepared to be patient. The quality of the work was good and they controlled the dust well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Van's (Preptech) crew remove a failed floor coating and grind the concrete smooth in a 1500 sq' shop. Professional crew, heavy duty tools/equipment and quality work.
Ryan was easy to deal with and super helpful figuring out the right surface finish for the application.
We ended up going with a natural salt and pepper look ground to 50 grit, densified /sealed and quick swing machine buff for a matte finish. Turned out perfectly, smooth enough for easy clean up but not slippery at all.
