★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get them to install your pool. They installed an above ground pool at my friend's house and they put the hole for the filter in the wrong place, they refuse to fix it. It will now cost her extra to have the deck redesigned and she has to have a trap door installed in the deck, something she was trying to avoid. Trevi told her they won't fix it and it is not a big deal. Terrible customer service. Also when they delivered the Thermopump, they just left it in the driveway, even though they were home. Other boxes had missing parts. The whole experience has been a nightmare and Trevi refuses to take responsibility and fix it! Don't buy from them!
You say that client satisfaction is your priority... then fix it! My friend is not satisfied with the installation, the skimmer is obviously in the wrong place, the installer didn't even ask (she was home the whole time, and available) and she even explained where the deck was going, so common sense is to install it in the other place, if not sure, ask. Stand behind your claim that client satisfaction is a priority and fix it!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a great service with our spa consultant Hugo, our pool Instalation has not been the same level. The initial installation went great however we Have been trying to get Trevi to finish our Instalation since last October and still waiting for corners to be attached, our light to be installed and now the sides are buckling. After many calls with no response we are fed up. Post sale customer service ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the liner of my pool with their team. First , they did not meet the deadline that they mention in the contract( I miss the whole summer to use my pool). Secondly they made a huge mess at my back yard after finishing the job. They left considerable amount of Cement in my yard pretty close to one of the trees roots. Moreover, they left a lot of screws close to the pool( I could find 50 of them and don’t know if there are more among grass or not. These screws could hurt my feet or my kids while walking around the pool) I was really disappointed with their service while seeing this amount of mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service in location is good. After sales is horrible. Delivery scheduled 7am-9pm, nothing... delivery actually occurred somewhere between 11pm-5am next day. No call 1hr before. Stuff left outside when was supposed to be delivered inside garage. Then no news for installation which was supposed to happen week of June 24. Then receive survey email to know how installation went... what installation! July 2nd call to schedule installation on July 8. They will pass 2 days before to bring soil/sand.. see picture to show how they dumped it. Smack in the middle of the parking... we have 2 vehicles to park!!! + we are hosting on July 7. Inconsiderate staff!
