Daylight Robbery. I’m a new pool owner and I’m learning the ropes with pool maintenance. Booked a pool opening. They don’t remove debris or clean / vacuum the pool or drain it to the correct level. Two people literally take 10mins to remove the styrofoam plugs in the outlets and skimmer, screw in the outlets and light, turn on the pump and add $20 worth of chemicals and then leave. $258. Never again.

Avoid Trevi!! They are NOT a customer oriented company!! They just take your money..it's all about their quotas!!! their customer care service is horrible!!! ....they were unprofessional, incompetent.... Trevis' product discolored the lining in my pool...it's a 4 year old pool!!!! They did not want to take any responsibility.....in addition, they change their brands every year (chlorine, brilliance products, and others) ....after many attempts (calls and follow-ups I made) the product specialist (chemist) finally came to my place to analyze ....he said it was NOT the correct product to use ( a Trevi consultant handed me the product)...(it's called "OFF THE WALL"...once again, it discolored the lining of my pool!!!!! The administration at the Mascouche branch is HORRIBLE and need coaching how to handle unfortunate situations!!.They did nothing to help me!!!!...NEVER AGAiN!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would - Worst customer service ever. I bought a pool in August of 2021. I was told our pool would be one of the first installed the following year. The contract stated around April 10th. When I contacted Trevi they said that it would be pushed back to the week of April 16 - no problem, we had tons of rain. Well the week of April 16th came and went, no one showed up, no one messaged or called but we waited because we assumed there were delays. After a few weeks and zero communication I started contacting Trevi. I called the salesman he said I had send my inquiry online, which I did. Waited a week and half no response. Send another message, no response. So I called on a Monday morning and waited to speak with the Installation Department, they had no idea when my pool would be installed and they said someone would call back 2-3 days later. Surprise, surprise no call. So I called again on Friday. Still no one had any idea what was going on. Finally got our pool installed last week almost a month and half after it was supposed to be. The pool installers were rude, they filled our pool up to set the liner with brown water from our well even though we had a water truck coming, they left all the gargage behind from the pacakging. To top it all off, the installers said it wasn't their job to explain how the pools worked, no manual or guide was left behind when I called Trevi they just said to go online and watch videos. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I went for a water test, they gave me the wrong product, my pool got worse. I went back, didn't refund for extra wrong product they gave me, and gave me PH decreaser. My pool still not well. Will just use shock treatment and go to club piscine at this point. Now I see why your store has nobody in it everytime I go. Terrible service. Have some pride in your work. I spent over 120$ on products and my pool is still awful

Very poor customer service, I say this using a simple example. Today I went to Trevi to purchase two filter cartridges for my spa. Actually what motivated me was the fact that Trevi’s flyer received last Thursday by email clearly stated that there was a special “two for the price of one”. When I went to fetch the filters there were no sign on the shelve indicating that the special. So I asked the lady at the parts counter, but she could not confirm, therefore I asked the cashier and she told me that she was not aware of this special, but she went to ask the clerk that was filling up the shelve with exactly the filter I wanted to purchase. But no luck. I took the filters back on the shelve where I found them, and left the store. Drove to the Blainville store were I asked if he knew about the special for the filters and he looked at me very confidently and said yes, he was sorry that he did not have the special sign on the shelve but it was programmed within his cash. Moral, stay away from the Laval store.

Trevi Laval have an excellent selection of garden furniture and have sales staff that are knowledgeable about their products, take the time to inquire about our specific requirements and explain in great detail one product versus the other. They are interested in our business.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, anywhere. I would give Trevi 0 stars if I could. They never take responsibility for any of their actions or mistakes, it’s always (and I stress *always*) the customers fault. Trying to speak to a customer service agent is a pain. I’ve recently been on hold for 1 hour only to have my call redirected to one of Trevi’s stores. Phone rang a couple of times, no one answered and could do nothing but leave a voice message. No one has ever called me back. They will take you money while charging you exhuberant amounts for services that, in the end, are often botched or done halfway. 0/10, do not recommend at all.

Amazing marketing but the services after sales must be improved. Long story short, the pool installation was late with almost 3 weeks and I still have issues that will be never fixed by Trevi. They sent 2 people last year to restore the installation to the sand below and as they came, so they left without doing anything. I saw now at the opening. Installation warranty 2 years?Under warranty I replaced a part on the filter myself because they didn't care, they didn't come back to fix it. Forget about! Very bad communication and services.
