★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience, ils ne font aucun retour ou échange quand l'appareil a été installé, mais retiré immédiatement car mauvais voltage. Même après avoir parlé à 2 personnes sur les retours, il y a personne qui te mets au courant de cela, ils te disent qu'il y a des frais de 25% mais jamais ils disent qu'il n'y a pas de retour ou remboursement possible. Faite attention.
Very bad experience, they do not return or exchange when the device has been installed, but removed immediately because of bad voltage. Even after talking to 2 people about returns, there is no one to let you know about this, they tell you there is a 25% fee but never they say there is no return or possible refund. Be careful.
