Mais l'apprenti a pris toute la matinée pour essayer d'identifier le problème, finalement le maitre est venu et ca a pris 2 minutes... pourtant toutes les heures de recherche sont chargées. Quick response and friendly employees. But the apprentice took all morning trying to identify the problem, finally the master came and it took 2 minutes ... yet all the hours of research are busy.

Toutefois, l’électricien-propriétaire mentionne que c’est « compliqué » puisqu’il ne peut pas se déplacer et qu’il doit appeler quelqu’un à la place, aucune garantie si celui-ci est réellement disponible. Nous avions eu plutôt l’impression de les déranger durant leur sommeil et d’amener des complications à ces derniers. Pourtant, le service 24h est offert. Bref, ce fût un mauvais service au téléphone, aucun professionnalisme et désorganisé. We call at 11:30 pm for a heat failure for a rental income home. The company responds, confirms they offer emergency service and offers an instant price. However, the electrician-owner says it is "complicated" since he cannot come and has to call someone instead, no guarantee if they are actually available. Rather, we had the impression that we were disturbing them during their sleep and causing complications for them. However, the 24h service is offered. In short, it was bad service on the phone, unprofessional and disorganized.
