★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of hype for some "extras" like a coffee and all the products are overpriced. $50 for a simple haircut and nothing else is in my view too expensive. Good thing about the place is that they started to keep the hair that they cut to make wigs for cancer patients... at least they do that. The rest is all overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st experience years ago, was with a hairdresser who will remain nameless. Advised what I wanted and never received, but still I kept going hoping and giving her a chance. Never did get what I wanted, stopped going. This summer decided to try another hairdresser, showed pic and color I wanted and left disappointed. Extremely expensive for what was done. A balayage cost me $350!!!! Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hairdresser cut hair too short. She did not listen to what patron wanted and was not able to foresee the results inlight of the curly hair texture. To make matters worst, upon returning for an adjustment by another hairdresser, again the hairdresser did not listen, and did not use any creativity to adjust the previous mistake. The whole experience was a disaster. Over a month later and I still cannot look at myself in the mirror. I am angry, and do not recomment this salon to anyone! The hairdressers have no creativity and do not listen to their clients.
