★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with both of my recent experiences at Tubman’s. I had to take my truck in due to stalling... among other issues. I had spend a lot of time tracing and searching but couldn’t diagnose the problem myself. They were able to locate and fix the problem within a few hours. They even found a way to save me a bunch on money on the repair. They could’ve just sold me a new part at full price and it still would’ve fixed it. But I think it showed a lot of integrity, experience and honesty that they came foreword with a better solution. They’re staff is kind and professional.
They also brought to my attention a factory recall on my truck so I set up an appointment and brought it in. They told me it would be a certain amount of time and i got a phone call that they were done in half of that time. I was very happy. I miss when people in service handled themselves this way. I will definitely be back. Happy to have found them.

In June I visited with Ted Smith, Sales Manager with whom we have been dealing for over 6 years. He is like a family member. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He tried hard to find what I wanted in my vehicle and he did . I purchased a 2021 Trailblazer on June 16, 2021.
My family and I have been dealing with Jim Tubman Chevrolet since 2002. We have purchased approx 13 cars from them and we are very satisfied with the overall service we get from all departments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have the greatest experience at Jim Tubman Chevrolet and the staff there are simply Rock Stars! It doesn’t matter if your Joe nobody, they’ll role out the red carpet for you and give you that special VIP treatment.
I’ve been a loyal customer since 2007 and I’ve also purchased 6 cars from them over the years. I always receive exceptional service from Jean-Marc in the service department and the other service team members are absolutely fantastic. Ryan McNamara is the best sales & leasing consultant in my book and Ryan has gone way above the call of duty by keeping me informed of my many purchases and has done an outstanding job at meeting my family’s vehicle needs.
I absolutely adore this dealership for their professionalism and honesty within this industry.

Chris Ellard in the parts department was fantastic, I was able to communicate with him by text and was very quick at getting me the information I was looking for to purchase these rims and accessories. He worked very hard to get me an exceptional price which couldn't be matched by anyone else!!! Very much appreciated!! When it came to the install Greg Buckland was very courteous upon my arrival and made sure to have the best technician install there brand new rims for me without a scratch. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in this afternoon for a simple rear wiper replacement figuring I'd get the parts and have to Google the replacement steps. Within 20 minutes of arriving, service adviser Jean-Marc had shown me how to do it (for next time) AND solved a related issue I hadn't even mentioned: why the wiper wasn't staying firm to the window. Top notch service both from Jean-Marc and the gent working the parts desk!
