I'm glad to say it wont be the only interaction I will be having with you. Your prices are unbeatable, and for delivery.. only time will tell. Our first order wasn't the fastest but It wasn't at all Brian and his companies fault. Obviously Covid and delayed shipping was the culprit. Anyways, Long story short, I've searched long and hard to find a Canadian parts store, and I finally found one, and I know I wont find one better <3 Tires and wheels turned out Beautiful too!

Any time I call or email they deflect and say the person I need to speak to isn't available and will contact me back. It has been a week since the first "call back" was supposed to happen. They haven't offered me any information on the whereabouts of my order. They will not refund my money at all. This is completely unprofessional.

I try to contact them to fix the issues and the person i was talking to laugh at me. The poorest service i ever had. I dont even know where they delivered my order. Ive been explained to them that i was sick and got hospitalized for several weeks but they said its none of their business. I was hospitalized for 3 months and they laughed at me. It was humiliating. They said it was signed by me bit i was not home and loomis express told me because of covid they don’t make clients signed the orders. I order on November 15 and have been in hospital the same day.

While I did ask for the tires I ordered to be changed prior to delivery, the wheels I ordered were not changed. The wheels they said still hasnt been received. Totally, unacceptable. I will never ever buy on this store nor recommend it. I should have bought somewhere else.

Was informed that tire I ordered was no longer available from manufacturer, a perfect substitute was recommended, and was price matched to the tire I ordered, saving me another $30. Free Delivery to my door in 3 days. Website has Sezzle payment option, which is also great. Highly recommend and will buy again!
