He could have tried to upsell me on something I didn't need but he didn't. I was very impressed with their customer-first approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using JC Robinson for 10 years now, and have had recurring yearly maintenance contracts with them. They are responsive, professional and fair. I had to make an emergency call last night and Tom came to make sure there was no gas leak. He was great- he came quickly, was thorough and made us feel safe to stay in our house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a first time customer. I had a ductless A/C system installed in my condo by JC Robinson. The technicians were here for two days, on time and properly masked. Most of the work was done by Tom and his assistant, Devon, who were very pleasant to deal with. They worked continuously, cleaned up very well at the end of each day and answered any questions I had. All in all a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called JC Robinson for a second opinion. I had reason to believe the other HVAC company that usually services my system was trying to con me into buying an entirely new unit after an inadequate triage of the problem with my current furnace (which was only 10yrs old).
JCR sent Kyle to inspect my furnace and he was able to quickly identify the problem through his rigorous and transparent system inspection. I knew within a few minutes that i was in good hands and would be able to avoid the costs of a new unit for significantly smaller bill in labor and parts.
I highly recommend anyone currently experiencing HVAC issues to use JCR. They will be very diligent, professional, and clear about the issues and will find a reasonable resolution. Thanks again Kyle and JCR for timely result, as it was starting to get cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had our annual furnace inspection, as per the service contract, and everything went as nicely as possible. #1, the technician showed up precisely as planned, and #2 knew precisely what he was doing. Besides that, he was pleasant and thorough, and explained details of the function of various parts of the furnace to set my worries aside. This company supplied and installed the furnace a couple years ago, and every step of the way has been, honestly, just perfect. Thanks very much for your work, JC. Robinson and Sons! I have complete confidence in them. I’ll certainly ask them first when it comes time to replace the AC unit.

I called J.C Robinson...they were able to get someone to my house in hours (even though I have no contract with their company) Caril came to my house was prompt and courteous ...and had my furnace online in less than an hour!!! Fantastic!
