β β β β β We had our hot water tank replaced by a great team consisting of Danny, Gabe and Claude. It was a big and long job and we couldnβt have asked for better workers. They were on time, very polite and friendly, efficient and even very patient and kind with our little dog! Danny clearly explained the work that was done and the whole team was all very dedicated to do a perfect job. Five stars, thanks guys!

β β β β β When my furnace died, I called Enercare for a quote and was lucky enough to get a call back from Calum. Having never bought a furnace before, I had many, many questions and he went above and beyond answering all of them, even going out a second time for a more thorough inspection to be able to assure me that I was getting the services I needed.
He was highly responsive, very communicative and professional, I couldn't be happier with the way he handled everything. It was such a pleasure, I would definitely recommend him and, because of his excellent work, Enercare!

He was worked efficiently and communicated work done effectively. While on site for our furnace he took notice of some opportunity to better seal the unit on our behalf during his visit. He was both involved and engaged and we appreciate his work ethic. Thanks Norm! Excellent work.

β β β β β Simon Henrie was our service technician. He was able to quickly determine what our issue was with the furnace, and apply a temporary fix for us, until they can get parts and reschedule a permanent fix. Simon was polite and most helpful. Excellent work !

β β β β β I called because my furnace was giving me problems. The service was amazing. The experience was great, from calling them to set up an appointment right down to the technician coming over.
The staff are so helpful and friendly.
I called in the morning and booked and appointment for the same day.
The technician "Norm" came over at the appropriate time.
Wow let me tell you. If you get Norm your in lucky he was awesome.
He came on time and followed all covid protocols. He went above and beyond what he had to do. I had a few small problems with my furnace. He took his time and explained to me everything that was going on. Norm is by far the best technician I have ever used.
Is was here for just under an hour and before you knew it my furnace was up and running again!!!

β β β β β We had the service tech come out and look at our humidifier that had not been working for a few years now. Norm was on time and very knowledgeable. He was very professional and courteous.
He explained everything in detail to me and showed me the way things should look and what to look for when it comes to this particular item.
He went above and beyond his service call and I was very happy with the service rendered by Norm that day.
It was a nice change to have someone take the time to explain things to me and help me understand how things are supposed to work in my home.
Great job. !!

β β β β β Hottest week of the season & No AC. Thanks to Norm Rollin for the best & most informative AC Repair Service that I have had. Norm was here on time & had My AC up & running in No time. I was informed on everything, had my plan upgraded to save me some money & even placed tape around the seams of the ducts at the furnace.
