★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well at least I know now that I will never re-hire them to clean my home again. First of all, they are not that polite, whining about everything is expected. Whatever they tell you about their detail cleaning is NOT true, you can detail your own washroom better than them. Don’t waste your time or money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviropure cleaned our home this week. The two cleaners were on time, very pleasant and did an excellent job. I would give the company a high rating if not for the fact that the invoice I received for the cleaning was $114 higher than the cost estimate I received before I booked the cleaning! I understand they have recently had to raise their hourly rates, but that does not explain why this was a 63% increase over the estimate. Since the original reasonable estimate was one reason I chose this company I warn potential customers not to trust the cost estimate or you risk being caught the same way we were.

Enviropure contacted me this morning to apologize and explain that the high invoice they sent me was a mistake. They have now refunded the amount I was overcharged. I appreciate their quick response and am satisfied that they have corrected the error. I do want to emphasize that the two women who cleaned our home did an excellent job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional from the first phone call. Asked questions to understand exactly what I wanted and then provided 3 people on time and with all the supplies needed. The work was excellent - apartment was spotless. And they wore masks the whole time, which I really appreciated. Would definitely hire them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three woman came to my house to clean. They were very nice but I wasn’t there to make friends.
They were supposed to complete a deep clean. The didn’t clean my floor on the main level of my house, they didn’t vacuum my stairs, they didn’t mop my bathroom floor, or wipe the edges of the counter in the bathroom. They were done in 1.5 hours because they rushed BIG TIME!
I cleaned for 7 years myself and had a few different cleaners come in the past who were excellent and who knew how to clean. They wanted to charge me 580$+ to do this job, but the work they did was worth 140$ tops!!
The coordinator and supervisor were professional and did come back to do some of the things that I had noticed weren’t done.
Lesson learned, I will NEVER ever use this company again! Horrible job!

From Melissa who was really cordial and amazing taking my request for a quote and handling my case to the two cleaners who were cordial, respectful, prompt full with great people skill. I felt in good hands from the start. I will definitely relay the information to my now ex landlord for all his other dwellings. Thanks for the great service and of course, the carpet is super clean and the whole house smells amazing.

They used advanced tools and skilled cleaners to take care of dust everywhere - even obscure places we hadn't even thought about. We were able to move back into a house that looked, felt, and even smelled like new, even after lots of renovation work had been done. It was worth every penny.
