He spoke highly of his colleagues if i ever had another issue and left me his business card for Aqua Drain. Definitely would recommend them again.

I live in an almost 70+ year old home, that I have over time learned really received minimal general maintenance prior to our occupancy. Needless to say the pipe was challenging, there were multiple layers of thick root build ups and blockage available for the guys to eliminate. Scott and Chris were punctual, polite, professional, effective, and positive throughout the duration of the clearing process. I am so grateful and relieved. Thank you Scott and Chris for your hard work in these hard times!

Very professional, removed boots at the door, had a clean rag to put there tools, had masks and cloves, I assume that's for the covid stuff. They had everything with them. Ran a cameras though the pipes, went on the roof to check the venting. They determined it was the toilet. Well, they had one in their truck that I actually liked. Replaced it and everything seems to be good now. Would recommend for sure. Very organised team.

While at the house he kindly did a quick fix on a sticky shower faucet too. Some weeks later the new sump pump was backing up again and Paul, and Matt, came out and spent a good amount of time figuring out the issue (a manufacturers problem with the float). Matt himself went to buy a new float and they installed it, without charge. That's a level of service you don't often find and as a result I highly recommend Aquadrain. They were professional, fairly priced and above all responded promptly and with integrity when the issue arose with the initial installation.

He immediately assessed the problem and got to work. He got everything done within the the hour and tested to make sure everything was ok before he left. I would recommend this company.

Me and my husband contacted other companies but no one could come out and help. It was a nightmare but the guys at aqua drain came down and saved us . The service is really fast and the employees reassured us to not worry . I would recommend Aqua drain to anyone who is having issues with plumbing . The pricing was right the service was right how could you go wrong !
