Great service and nice people. I tried their service twice and went as promised.

I had a client shipping some personal belongings plus a car overseas with this company and I got to observe them at work. Very efficient.

My team and I used this company to ship our products overseas, spoke with Mohammed to ship our container, and he did. Only challenge is that when the container arrived he was supposed to send the original bill of lading, which he didn't. He only sent a draft bill of lading, which wasn't adequate to clear the container in that region. We tried to reach him for weeks waiting for him to respond to our emails, texts and calls, which he didn't. At the end we incurred demurrage costs and daily storage costs due to his lack of communication, which exceeded $3,500. I'm disappointed to say the very least....

We used this company(Moe or Mohammed) to ship container overseas. He was supposed to forward the bill of landing to destination but he did not. we called him, email and text for two weeks but he never responded.. at end we incured massive cost due to his laziness and unprofessionalism, the container sit the port for 3 weeks while we incured daily charged that exceeeded $3500.. Never use this company...

I first and foremost checked with Montreal Ports Authority to find out about companies specializing in shipping containers to Africa. I got tried of being jerked around by so-called "big" international moving companies operating here in Canada. Most of these logistics/freight forwarding enterprises are only interested in bankrupting customers and using the global pandemic as an excuse to "gouge" people interested in shipping particularly to Africa!!! After searching for over four months, I thereafter contacted MSC shipping company to ask for reliable freight forwarding companies located in Ottawa. I was given two companies but insisted on having a third freight-forwarder. I had been made too many false promises by companies claiming to be the best and biggest in Canada. The global rife has uncovered a lot of companies as being spurious and opportunistic. I decided to give Cargo Conveyor a try. Needless to say, this small size family owned business entity proved to be more action driven, sincere and productive than others who claim to be more than what they truly are. I was fortunate to have spoken to and dealt with Mr. Mahmoud (Moe) Kayam (MK). I would suggest to all those interested in shipping containers overseas to definitely meet and speak with Mahmoud in person if possible. My experience with Cargo Conveyor has proven to be better than expected. No false promises was made, price was quite reasonable and the loading of two containers went with "smooth sailing". We did our own packing, and Cargo Conveyor came on time as scheduled with a crew of hard working men. There was no time wasted by these men (6-8 including tow truck operator to lift cars into container). Two automobiles and personal household belongings were carefully and professional loaded in the two containers, a 40' HC and a 20'. I witnessed only one or two things falling of the cart throughout the loading and packing of over five hundred items... EXCELLENT JOB....Well Done Guys! Needless to say, the ship took sail exactly as forecasted, the Original Bill of Lading was issued and delivered within five business days. No complaints whatsoever with Cargo Conveyor. Keep Up the good work Mahmoud , Riyad and the C.C Crew as I look forward to future dealings with your company. Thank you.

Cargo Conveyor did what others could not do...They "delivered" as promised! Competitively priced and showed up as scheduled...No messing around or being lied to. Simply ask for Mr. Mahmoud Kyam (MK) whenever you have an international shipment. Make sure to talk to Mahmoud before booking,. Give Cargo Conveyor a try...I am glad we did! No time wasted or unnecessary running around. This family run business has proved to be reasonable, straight-forward and most of all...They can deliver as promised. Thank you Mahmoud, Riyad and the entire crew that loaded our containers. Keep up the good work. PS...We received the Original Bill of Lading and three extra copies within a week of sailing. Everything went better than expected.
