Ashraf promised he will finished the work by that evening if I drop the car before noon, but took him 4 days to return my car without finishing the work in my car. He also promised he will give an estimate but charged me $360 for unfinished work and taking my 4 days. At the end when I told him that he wasted my 4 days by not finishing the work, he told me that I was not patient and he was very disrespectful. I am a student and do not have time for these reviews, but I thought it was very important that other residents of Ottawa do not become victims of this fraud by the name of auto service. Extremely disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great Find! I found my Honest Mechanic! Usher (the owner) is a very nice friendly & professional guy. They give great service at amazing rates. Very trustworthy. He helped me every step of the way to get my vehicle in order for Safety Inspection. Keep in mind, that he has a lot of clients and is in demand, so sometimes there are lineups as these guys are super busy. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Mechanic to my friends and family. I'm very pleased of the service I receive there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Mr. Mechanic for many years, he is a reasonable and honest guy, not everybody is happy to pay 20$ after the check up but if you go to Canadian Tire it will cost you 40$. I like his service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for 2 tires mount and installation on rims. My tires are directional, which means it must follow the arrow on the tire. However, 1 tire was mount in the wrong direction. I went home and noticed that, went back and they fixed that. But without a sorry ?. This is my first time and I am not happy about the service I received. Kia white colour.

I didn’t have an appointment and walked in with my parts. They gave me reasonable price for labour, couple of hours late my truck done. Very satisfied with the work and had a great coffee while waited.
