This business offers great, fair, honest and reliable service. I was never upsold and I saved a lot of money in their honesty over other estimates I had gotten. They go above and beyond for their customers. I’m happy I found them!

I went to get my car cleaned, some services I was offered for the agreed price were tornador machine used to remove all dust/grease from air vents, cup holders, interior vinyl sanitized and decontaminated full leather treatment, interior vacuumed, including the mats and seats, full hot steam shampoo for entire interior, door jambs cleaned and dried. I went back to pick up my car and it was definitely not cleaned properly. All these photos were taken after he cleaned my car. The guy mentioned he did clean it all, but as you can see, many small areas and details were disregarded. When I went back, he let me know he did clean it all, but told me the ‘black mark’ by the gas switch couldn’t be cleaned. However, it is possible. (I included a photo, one after he cleaned it and one after I bought and used cleaning wipes to do it myself). There were many areas where I had to simply wipe down myself, and they weren’t too difficult to come off, a simple wipe worked. These small details such as dust on the air vents, small bits that weren’t vacuumed should’ve been cleaned based off the services agreed to. Overall, I was only happy with the interior carpets that he cleaned. I did go back and he offered to re-clean areas that I was not happy with, however, when doing so, he still missed areas and I had to clean them myself afterwards. It was nice he offered to re-clean the areas he missed, but he shouldn’t have missed them in the first place. He got the job done, but it wasn’t the best job. If you’re looking for a car detailer, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Lack of attention to detail when this job is all about caring for the details.

I had an appointment to get safety inspection today with Mark. Car is a 2003 Corolla. First thing he asked was “do you want to sell the car or is it your car ?”. Like it would affect the outcome of the inspection. He didn’t inspect the car and was just interested in buying my car after hearing a loud exhaust and low mileage. He tried to scare me with supposedly $400-500 repair of the exhaust. In fact, it just needs a $6 sleeve and a couple of $3 clamps from canadian tire. He also told me “if you want me to pass the car it’s gonna cost you”. Avoid this place, they do not do proper safety inspection. It’s just a way for them to buy cars for cheap or get tips to pass cars that shouldn't.

Mark provided quick, professional service to mount and balance tires onto rims at a fair price. He also referred me to a great place nearby for an alignment and got me great service there. I will be reaching out to Mark for services in the future.

I changed my car’s router and brake pads recently. Mark did an excellent job. Checked my vehicle thoroughly and provided excellent customer service. Offered competitive rates. Highly recommend!!!

I needed new winter tires, and a friend referred me to Mark. The process was very smooth. The price was very good. When I came to change the tires, the team was quick and professional. They even fixed something else that wasn't related to the tire. I have already recommended them to my brother-in-law when he will change his tires.

It is hard to find a great reliable garage in the area, a lot of mechanics are charging insane prices but for me, it's the trust, reliability & standards that I look for in an establishment where I leave a car that I am very attached to. Positively for me, First Class Auto is THAT place. With their amazing team, Mark as able to pickup my call on the first ring, did not waste any time, got me instantly booked in with all the information I needed. I went to drop-off my car, George took care of it, explained to me the process & gave me all the information I needed. Once my service was close to completion, I came to pickup my car, arrived a bit early just to see how it went. They showed me before & after pictures & walked me thru the entire process. They made me a coffee while I was waiting, talked a bit about cars. Overall customer service blew my mind compared to a lot of places where interaction is minimal & honestly, not welcoming at all. They treated me like VIP. Very good looks on your garage Mark & keep it up! You truly impressed me, and I truly wish that everybody experiences the same process as I had just been through.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised how great the service was from Mark and his team. The prices were very good and the quality of work was exceptional. They so far have done my brakes, synthetic oil change, windshield replacement, new side mirror installation and tire rotation. Very honest and straight forward customer service and they know what they are doing. I will be going there now for all my car servicing and detailing needs. Great job guys!
