However, Peloso's exceeded all expectations . . . and with all of this snow. I arrived home from work last night and, yet again, the driveway was cleared. The snow plow blocked me in this Saturday morning, but Peloso annihilated the snow barrier at 8:15 am - so I made it to my gym class. I love Peloso's snow service because I sleep worry-free, through these nasty Ottawan winters.

B	Brigitte Jamani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve patiently waited for peloso to come plow our drive way since Tuesdays 30cm snowfall, knowing that they’d be busier than normal days we didn’t bother calling in to complain that our driveway wasn’t cleared right away and decided to wait till Wednesday night to see if it would get done. Next morning still wasn’t done so we assumed it would get done Thursday without fail because it would be near impossible to miss a driveway full of snow with a visible Peloso post sticking out. Sure enough, it wasn’t so we decided to shovel it ourselves knowing that we wouldn’t be able to use our driveway otherwise. My husband called them this morning to explain our situation and see if someone could come by to plow the drive way and the lady said someone would be by today to take care of it. It is now Friday to put things into perspective.. Well, when we got home no one had been by to clear the lane way. Needless to say, we won’t be using their services or lack there of next year.
l	liviu muncaciu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good morning we have a contract with Peloso landscaping for snow removal we payed more than 600 cad for this contract you suppose to remove the snow from ours drive way and additional are as per ours agreement yesterday we called you and spoke with you 3 times at the office to send the tractor to clean ours driveway and finally later one tractor come but they remove the snow only from half of driveway see attachment So please send back the tractor to clean the snow as soon as possible this behavior it is not acceptable you have this season so far just 6 time work to do and even so you did not do the job until we called you many times Bellow is how the company understand to do their job they remove snow from only half of driveway

I call them to complain about the fact that my drive way have been missed and their response is that they will send someone but that someone never showes up. Yesterday they sent me someone after I called and complained and that someone said that the snown trucks are on their way but they never actually showed up. Peloso has been unprofessional in their dealings, they are extremely unorganized, they don't have basic understanding of logistics and are not worthy of your money. Stay away from them. When I was talking to my neighbors about them they indicated that they had a similar experience in past years and switched providers.

The drivers are normally very careful and I think the rig they use is the most efficient available. I have been happy with the way they come back to deal with the snowplow infill. I have started getting walkway clearing from them as well, as we are not able to do this ourselves now.

Today I called because the City snow plow left me boxed in. I neighbor helped to reduce the size of the snowbank as I need to get out of my house. I called Peloso Landscaping as tomorrow I have an early medical appointment and the issue of the snow bank has been successfully addressed. I highly recommend this company.
