And if needed, they always did a quick second pass if during their first round we had cars still in the driveway. Very happy with their work this season.

For example, if they plan to do a "second pass" during a snow storm, they will let us know so that we can move our cars out of the way. They are also quick to respond to requests and/or questions. I highly recommend them for reliable and efficient snow removal.

Snow removal is timely and complete. Drivers follow special avoidance instructions (don't blow onto fir trees). Office communicates snow events and tractor schedule & status very effectively. Office is very quick to followup on emails/calls and acts promptly. We are very pleased with this service, and will continue with J.R for best quality, professional service at a competitive cost.

I contracted JR Lawn and Snow and was really happy I did. They are great at keeping you updated on when their crews are passing and their equipment can clear your driveway in a minute or two. They are a reliable service.

First big storm and they missed all the driveways on our street with JR :( and with parking bans in place at 7pm, is problematic to allow them all the space they need to clear the driveway overnight. Called them up around pm, and the foreman was more than happy to have a team dispatched. They were here by 7PM and cleaned up the driveway perfectly so I could get the SUV's off the road to prevent any ticketing overnight. Great service, super polite and understood the importance. Were very attentive to the need to get the trucks off the street and back so we could avoid additional fines. He was super fast! 4 big swoops of the plow saved hours of shovelling almost 2ft of snow collected all day. Amazing. HUGE thank you!

For every snowfall during the season, the company sends emails to advise how much snow is expected and when they will come to clear your driveway and walkway. The emails also advise of the time when the city will clear your street.

We live on a merging corner which means the city dumps a tremendous amount of snow at the end of our driveway. It was great to have our service clean all that up for us as well. We also have a newly paved driveway from the summer and they took great care ensuring that they didn't damage any of that. Will use snowplow service again!
